COLT Grill Cottonwood

This is a small place. While it is a sit-down and eat place, there is no table service. We ordered quite a bit of food, and it was priced fairly. The passion fruit margarita tasted pretty weak. Very little alcohol and the ice took up a lot of room. I was pretty disappointed. Our family didn't care for the garlic fries. The sampler Platter is big enough to share and still have leftovers. There are tons of sauces to choose from from sweet to spicy ! While the cornbread was good I'd pass on that price. My mother enjoyed the gluten free bread option. The kids menu is your typical basic menu. We don't go to cottonwood often but these staff were super nice and talkative. I would have liked a few other healthy options. We ended up taking home left overs and they did not taste great the second time much better fresh. We all enjoyed the decor and tons of souvenirs you can purchase including the bbq sauces !

Food and drinks are delicious. Maybe this place can be better with waiters/servers to get a great experience. “Colt Margarita with Melon flavor” just amazing. Cobb salad sand pork sandwiches 10/10.

Just happened to walk upon this place. Walk in order at the front, take a seat a pick up your food when it's ready. Was pretty full when we got there, but fast service opens the tables pretty quick. I had the poached cod tacos, omg they were the best I've had in a long time. Will definitely visit again when in town!

the brisket here is one of the best things i’ve ever tasted. i didn’t know what i expected before going in but i had the burger the first time i went and it was hands down the best burger i had ever had. last night i had went and ordered their signature “filly cheese steak” (in the cashier’s opinion it was the best thing they have). how could the burger be topped? and how was the burger not the best thing they had? nice friendly atmosphere in the restaurant. less than 10 minutes later the whole grail of philly cheesesteaks shows up. now i’m here writing a review. definitely recommend, good food. thank you colt for this experience. i will be back to try the rest of the menu.

Pulled pork, brisket, and ribs were fantastic. Would definitely get the Santa Fe Burger again.Enjoyed all the BBQ sauces. Comfy atmosphere great for a date or small group.

Just move to Cottonwood from Michigan, and was exploring the area. This place was so cute & had really good/strong drinks and yummy food! The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is so cute and trendy

Highly recommend this restaurant. We had the spicy sausage hoagie, jalapeno popper burger, jalapeno cheese cornbread, and smoked mac and cheese. All were delicious!

Colt Grill has AWESOME smoked foods. Best moist smoked chicken I’ve ever had! Brisket was also great. Highly recommend Colt Grill for any catering. Servers were outstanding, very cordial to all participants at my daughter’s wedding. 10 Stars!
