Cool River Massage Therapy

I had my 90 minute deep tissue massage this afternoon and it was nothing short of amazing!! I had sever pain radiation through my arm into my hand.. by the end of my massage my pain was gone! It was relaxing, therapeutic, and pain deducing all at the same time! Highly recommended 10/10 will definitely be returning.

It was easy to schedule my appointment for next day online. I went in due to headaches from neck and shoulder pains after suffering for a month. I had an old neck injury decades old. Left after an hour and I feel amazing. I also love the environment and the fact that it is not in a generic shopping strip. I am definitely making this part of my monthly self care plan!

We were on our anniversary vacation recently and decided to get massages at last minute before going home! Bill was thrilled to help us out. It was an incredible experience. The deep tissue massage really helped me get rid of some chronic pain I had been having for a long time. Thank you to Bill and his helper.

Bill is fantastic. He worked on my shoulders and left arm mainly. As they were hurting badly, and my range of motion was very limited. By the time it was over the pain was virtually gone and my range of motion greatly increased! I will be back! Already scheduled for next week.

Spent 26 years as a physical therapist, so I feel qualified to be able to identify a good massage therapist. Have been going to Bill for 8 years and he is the best! Highly trained and highly skilled. He instinctively knows what areas need the most work and how to treat them. Also, studio is a very peaceful setting on the Cotee River.

Bill provided an excellent 90 minute deep-tissue massage, which I really needed. I felt safe at Cool River Massage and with Bill. His massage was thorough and he checked in with me several times during it to make sure the pressure was OK and that he was hitting the areas I needed it most. The massage room is very nice, with calm music playing; very warm and welcoming. I have already booked my next appointment with him and I feel comfortable recommending him to family and friends.

Bill is so skilled at what he does. I have asked for deep tissue at many other places over years and never get it. Bill not only listened and did the pressure I requested, but was very knowledgeable about the back and hip pain I experience and how to alleviate the it. I’m very grateful I to find this cute little place & will be a repeat customer for sure. The building is cottage-like, right on the river, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Great massage! Bill made my one hour massage really count, it was relaxing and felt great from the time he started. He was very thorough and moved at a good pace, which made my hour feel more typical of 1 1/2 session. I have a couple of sports/age related injuries that I’m sure he cured at least one. Being female I usually shy away from men therapist, but I couldn’t have felt more comfortable with Bill he is completely professional and a master at his craft! I will be returning soon.
