I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Copacetic Cowboy several times so this review is long overdue! It is truly such a great addition to the Denison community. The drinks are delicious (they have an extensive rare liquor collection), the aesthetic is unique and inviting, and the staff is always so fun and knowledgeable. They have a record player and a huge record collection which is a really cool addition! I’ve done girls nights, date nights, and celebrations here and the vibe is always 10/10. Can’t wait to go back!

Love, love, love this place. I’m so grateful to have such an amazing bar in Denison! The owners are so friendly and the staff is amazing. The drinks are delicious and the prices are very reasonable! Best drinks in town, hands down.

They've been open about a week and we enjoyed our visit. We will definitely be back. The service was friendly and competent. We ordered a selection of drinks and a charcuterie board. All were tasty. I hope they soon expand their food selection and fancy up the cocktails. I ordered a Moscow mule and it was served in a glass rather than a copper mug. The garnishes were minimal. The atmosphere is great inside. I have high hopes they will be amazing as they find their footing. We can definitely use a cocktail bar in the neighborhood.

My husband and I popped in for a quick drink and ended up staying for much longer. A beautiful location with great thought and Detail put into their drink menu. Be sure to sit at the bar so you can chat with Cody about what you are drinking and the complete history of it. Everything was tasty and balanced even a drink made on the fly to incorporate a specific spirit I asked about. We will be back as often as we can get out!

The Copacetic Cowboy is an awesome spot to relax and hangout with friends. Cocktails are top notch, charcuterie boards are delicious, and the atmosphere is phenomenal. We had 12 in our group, and we were very well taken care of! Kudos to Cody Riggs, the owner, for bringing a true cocktail bar to Denison! Food, service, and atmosphere were superb!

Amazing drinks and perfect service! We are very lucky to have a cocktail bar like this in Denison. The owners pour their heart and soul into this place and it shows. The bartenders are amazing. 10/10
