Copperhead Club

If you want to feel part of the local community while in PeekSkill visit the Copperhead Club. A newly renovated and family owned establishment where you can see a photo album of the staff that chronicles its journey. Everyone makes you feel welcome and service is on point. The happy hour is always on as they offer entry level cans of beer at 3 bucks all the way up to high end cocktails. However, they do have a weekday happy hour with some food options. I look forward to additional happy hour options to include well drinks, drafts, along with drink and pairing. Get a pretzel with an Octoberfest beer or truffle fries with a smoked Manhattan 😉 Let’s talk about the food options. A smell wafers out the kitchen stack and starts the salvation process inadvertently while approaching. The menu offers classic American food options and the party melt is a must. Unlike most places they allow a free salad sub for fries. The portions are large and tasty. Family friendly location with darts, pinball, and Jenga. Come enjoy the sunset with views of the Hudson River while being part of a hip cool vibe. Everyone knows everyone here even if it’s your first time.

A cozy bar/restaurant that won't kill your wallet. The place is under new ownership and a new and exciting vibe. You can sit inside by the bar or get a table or you can try the outside and enjoy the wonderful weather! Either way, you'll be able to get some reasonably priced and delicious cocktails, beers, wine, or spirits. But don't just stay for the drinks! They have some awesome food! They have a selection of custom grilled cheese sandwiches. But don't be fooled, they are bigger than you'd expect! Each grilled cheese is a full meal. The other special is spam. I know what you're thinking... but don't knock it till you try it. You'll be shocked by the taste that the chef is able to get out of a true American invention! If you're not into either, there is also standard bar food that you'll be happy to eat! Lastly, don't be fooled by the business hours. The kitchen is generally open late and who can say no to a hearty grilled cheese after a few drinks! You'll be in heaven! Either way, you can't go wrong!

Close knit and relaxing location. The updated decor and menu is fabulous! Each menu item is carefully crafted to perfection and the staff is an extra treat! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing afternoon; the music is a great mix and volume is amicable, creating an atmosphere for real conversations.

Hip new bar with top notch staff in an iconic location (the Copperhead Club is in the old Sue’s Sunset House) right near the water. The owners remodeled the entire place to deliver cocktail bar vibes with hints of cozy dive bar comfort. And it’s awesome! With games, a pinball machine, plus a nice outdoor patio. Great cocktails. Yummy food. Good wine. Beers on tap. I have a feeling Copperhead Club is going to be a home away from home for many. Pumped for this addition to the community with phenomenal owners that know hospitality! PS - they have a big parking lot which makes it even easier to visit.

Perfectly unsuspecting niche restaurant! You would never guess from the outside that there was amazing food and drink inside. They have super simple and delicious menu choices for everyone!

We had a patty melt tonight and it was delicious! Perfectly seasoned burger and fries. Drinks were great too. Definitely will be back again!

so glad to have this spot in town! food was so yum & the kitchen was open late! Much appreciated for these who work later hours. Loved the grill cheese and the drinks were GAS. So excited to have this new spot in town!
