Creekside Wellness Lymphatic Drainage, Massage & Yoga

Yoga and the lymphatic drainage massage have been part of my health journey now for the past year and very beneficial. They have been life changing in feeling better and removing fluid. I didn’t even realize I had swelling until after my MLD massage and what a difference it makes. I can tell I need one usually after a few weeks. My swelling has went down and over all health improvement has been very noticeable. I’m very thankful for this place and glad I gave it a try! It’s now part of my routine.

Amazing 🙂 Ashley was my masseuse . She was very intuitive with what areas needed to be massaged. The building is very quiet & relaxing! It was also a nice temperature despite it being almost 100° outside . Ashley played very soothing/healing frequencies. The store had a nice selection of metaphysical products! I didnt have time to look & shop around but I saw they had bath salts & oracle decks ❤️ two things I love so I will definitely be back . If you’re debating whether to get a massage just take the plunge & treat yourself . Edited for typo*

This place is amazing, has a very relaxing, calming effect, when you walk through the door. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous.

Christy & MLD have been a life changer for me when my Dr was no help! I had been suffering for several months (years actually but the last months were unbearable) with zero help from any dr that I had seen. I knew that I had lymphedema in my abdomen from a CT scan, but my dr said it and left the subject in the same breath. My symptoms weren’t just in my stomach though; they were body wide. I had to do my own research & try to figure out what was wrong with my body on my own. In that process, I found that Creekside offered Manual Lymphatic Drainage, which is one of the few things I had read could help me. So I scheduled my first appointment & have been going weekly for months now. I am still in the process of getting my body better & on track, but it is 10 times better than it was before I found Christy! She is also a kind & sympathetic ear with lots of knowledge about the Lymphatic system (many drs don’t have that knowledge unfortunately). She will help you in any way she can & really does care! Highly recommend!

Christy provides an excellent and very relaxing manual lymphatic drainage massage. I have had 2 and will make it a regular treat for myself. So important to get your lymphatic fluid moving!

This is a gem of a place in Athens Tennessee. The front store is super cute and has a big variety of things. My son bought me a gift card for Mother’s Day‘s so I used it for a Reiki session with Ashley. I have now seen Ashley twice for Reiki and let me tell you this girl knows her stuff! They offer Other services that I will be checking out in the future. If you have a chance to drop in just to check out the store do it it’s worth your time.

Christy gave me a prenatal massage! It was amazing, she took her time and made me feel super relaxed and comfortable! For such a small woman she had some strong hands! Very open minded, I even stayed there and talked for an hour after my massage! I have to give it 5 stars, by the time she was done, I was drooling Really a great experience, I will be back!❤

Ronna used the exact pressure that I needed. The hot stones were an extra bonus. I now feel like a left out bowl of jello. It was amazing.
