Crescent Kinetic Massage Therapy

I have been suffering with sciatica for a few months and had to come to New Orleans for business. I’ve been getting regular massages all my life and have had several recently to help alleviate my pain. Jamal at Crescent Kinetic gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever received in my life. He was knowledgeable about my issue and exactly how to massage me to help treat it. And while his massage was effective it never felt painful. He knew exactly how to loosen everything without it feeling like it was an overstretch of any kind. He is very strong yet very gentle with his touch. I left feeling pain free and completely overjoyed. I highly recommend and will come back next time I’m in town.

I had the greatest experience with Jake! I have built up a lot of miscellaneous injuries from years of improper training form/recuperation, and he took the time to really understand those areas. I chose a 90-minute, it was a very focused massage, though still full body, where he honed in on my issues and really worked through them. He's also fun to talk to! I left immediately feeling better, and could fully turn my head to check oncoming traffic on the drive home (haven't been able to do that in YEARS). What impressed me most, after some heavy workouts post-massage, is that my movements feel much more liberated, and I haven't had to make the modifications to shoulder/back exercises that I usually need to. Definitely making Crescent Kinetic a monthly (if not more) part of my wellness routine!

Jake’s massage was amazing! We focused on my back and shoulders because I had been experiencing a pinched nerve while sleeping for over a year. Recently it had been acute and I had 6 days of barely being able to sleep. It was miserable. After his massage, I slept pain free! Two nights so far…… I highly recommend. He was very skilled, friendly and communicative!

I was dealing with terrible sciatic pain for a few weeks. After the first massage, I could already feel results. Jake was very professional and first of all listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. He managed to target the exact areas that were causing the pain and assessed his opinion of what was going on with my back, thereby advising me of further action. Jake is AMAZING!! I went into my massage so tense and came out so relaxed. He found tension spots I didn’t even know about!
