This place is honestly not worth it, even as the only gay sauna in Washington, DC. Here’s why you should avoid it: Overpriced with No Amenities: The prices are ridiculously high compared to saunas in the U.S. that offer more, such as jacuzzis or pools. This place has none. Freezing Steam Room: The steam room is shockingly cold – you'll feel chilly even with a towel wrapped around you. On top of that, the lights are blindingly bright, completely ruining any relaxing vibe. Lack of Accessibility to Basics: Free condoms are only available on the first floor, but no one tells you this when you grab your towel. Worse, there’s no free lube anywhere in the entire facility. No Play Areas Without Extra Cost: Unbelievably, there’s nowhere to have fun unless you pay extra for private rooms. The only options are a bird-hole dark room or a single bench in a corner. This setup is unheard of for U.S. gay saunas. No Drinking Water: There's no direct access to drinking water in the entire facility. Many customers bring their own large water bottles, which is just absurd. If you’re looking for a relaxing or exciting time, skip this place. While it’s somewhat okay for an overnight stay due to minimal noise, it’s an absolute disappointment otherwise. Save your money and go elsewhere.

So I had never been to this place as I was always told this was the "white club" and we persons of color weren't specifically invited. After the closing of 2120, I started looking into this place and decided to check it out for myself. After reading the reviews online all I saw were negative... "staff is rude" "staff is disrespectful" " long lines and waits" etc. I decided to go anyway and experience it myself. I have been twice and both times were fun experiences. The staff was very polite, spoke kindly, and greeted me with a smile. The staff member who cleaned the inside was friendly and kind. My only complaint is the footprint is small. Not a problem of the staff or establishment per se' its just the building layout

I went here for the first time in ages. Yes the decor is dated and imperfect but I went for the guys. There were plenty of hotties all size and shapes which I enjoy. LOL a few staff members seemed spaced out but who cares I went for guys. Some of these reviews must be trolls because we had a great time.

Looking forward to visiting this place on our way down. Total disappointment and waste of money. This is place is small. The rooms were a joke. We left after an hour. Steam room was not hot and poorly laid out.

The guys that answer the phone there are so disrespectful!!! I called to see what the rate was for the evening, someone answered the phone I said could you tell me what the rates are for a small room this evening, he repeated my exact words and I said yes, then he slames the phone in my face. I call back a 2nd time and a different person answers, I asked the same question, he repeats my question back to me and I said yes. He then says have you ever tried using the web site we're busy. I said you dont know what the rates are there? He didnt even reply and hung up on me, I think that I so rude!!! These guys there act like they could care less!!!!

This review as I stand in the lobby while they let one person in at a time in 10 minute intervals. There are 13 guys in front of me. Then the cashier announces a shift change which stops the line completely for 5 more minutes. I'm out. This place has no respect for their customers.

The wait time to check in is ridiculous. People in like for upwards of 20-30 mins for a shift change. This place really needs a better streamlined process

The Crew Club is open once more? I went to the club before it closed and it really needed improvement it had the wòrce Steamroom I have ever been in! The steam room was way to big for the small amount of steam coming out it needs a lot more jets added..The club could use a big hot tub. The night I was there it was very dead and way to many 350 pound guys!
