Crooked Creek Winery Downtown

Save yourself the trouble and don’t schedule an event here. They may treat you like they did me and my family and “forget” they booked someone else’s event. The wine is good. The event planner needs to be disciplined.

I’ll start by saying their wine is decent, but this review is more about my experience with their event rental side of the business. And because of that experience, I won’t be going back for the wine either. We booked the event space about 5 months in advance and had reached out to them a couple times within that span of time to ask questions, reconfirming the event date in those emails, all for them to tell us only a month before the event that they double booked the space and we were no longer able to rent it. Since our invitations had already gone out and a lot of planning had gone into the event, it left us in quite a bind. They tried to offer us their outdoor space outside of town, but that wasn’t going to work for our needs. The person managing the events told me this news via email (professionally, this should have been a phone call) and didn’t respond for hours on end. At one point I was waiting to hear back on if the other person was willing to move their date and it had been 24 hours so I called the business phone number. They handed her the phone and she had the answer ready to tell me, she was just sitting on the news. When you’re managing events, you need have some sense of urgency so the people you’re letting down can try to salvage the situation.

Crooked Creek Winery Downtown, in Centralia. Tried a flight of wines: Carbernet Blanc, Seyval Blanc, Giddy Up, and Easy Red. I also tried Evry Day Rosé (not pictured) Staff was super helpful with showing wine and describing each. Also friendly and attentive. Even gave me a short tour of the place. I'll definitely come up during a future event and maybe bring a few gal pals. Took home a bottle of Giddy Up 2021. Definitely a little sweet, but not syrupy. Definitely something I usually choose since I tend to like more Rieslings.

Superb! Hospitality and table service is excellent. Drinks were great and atmosphere couldn't be beat. Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Definitely visit this establishment. Thank you for your business. See you again soon!

Both times I've been have been great. They have a great selection of adult beverages and their wine is absolutely fantastic. Much respect as well for their support of the local music scene.

We love this place! Great service & wines! We have been many times & never disappointed! It’s the ultimate gathering place for a small group of friends indoors. During the summer months the yard is full of fun, music & large crowds. I highly recommend stopping by to see Shannon, Mindy & their amazing staff! I feel you will fall in love with Downtown Crooked Creek, as we have.

We had a huge group there, and everything was perfect for us. The space was great, and the bartenders did a great job keeping up with everyone. I truly appreciated how accomodating they were for us! (They also had great mocktails for our friends who don't drink alcohol.)
