Crystal Massage & Beauty Spa II

I’ve been here twice for the Head Spa treatment and I’ll definitely come back. The Spa is very clean and has a peaceful atmosphere. Today I had Emily, who was amazing during the session and paid extra care to my sore areas in my neck and shoulders. My hair feels and smells amazing and it was a very relaxing experience. At the end of the session they dry your hair as well so that you don’t leave with wet hair. I added a couple of treatments for dry scalp, and a face mask too. Since I have sensitive skin she recommended a different mask from what I had originally asked for and I’m glad I listened to her recommendation, the mask didn’t irritate my skin and my face feels smooth. I’ll come back soon for a full facial.

I always feel so refreshed and relaxed after my services here! I’ve received a head spa, full body massage and reflexology. I’ve seen different people and all have delivered excellent services. I love The combo packages as you can customize as needed. Highly recommend!!!

This was my first time going to Crystal Spa. I was able to get a same day appointment and was very appreciative of that. It is a beautiful spa and I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in! I had a Swedish message and it was the absolute BEST! The price was also very reasonable there are a great variety of options for types of messages. I chose a 90 minute message and felt that was perfect for me. Everything was exceptionally clean, very important to me! I highly recommend this wonderful business and will definitely be booking future appointments soon!

Had Carla as my therapist yesterday and she was excellent! One of the very best I’ve had there - which is saying a lot because all of the therapists are top-notch. I love Crystal Spa - it is such a nice place and the combo massage is one of the best massage experiences ever.

Crystal spa is my favorite massage parlor. They create a very relaxing and calm environment. Was able to effectively massage entire body in one hour. I have had both Mia and Emily, highly recommend both!!

I booked the appointment online, and in the notes section I requested that no scented products be used, including essential oils. When I got onto the table the face pillow was scented with lavender. Then the massage therapist came in. I asked her to turn the heat off from the massage table. I heard her doing something, but the heat continued for the duration of the massage. I was uncomfortably warm for the duration. I tried unsuccessfully to communicate with her about the sore areas in my back. She was responsive in that she backed off when I let her know it was too much, but then she avoided those areas rather than working through them more gently. I came in because I was having muscle soreness and some spasms in my back, so I actually needed her to work on those areas more. Then about half way through the massage she used some kind of lotion or oil that was scented. I know most people wouldn't mind the scent and would probably call it a light fragrance, but it was strong and unpleasant to me. I immediately showered when I got home, but I was unable to wash it off. I have no doubt that the therapist is skilled at giving massages, but the poor communication and disregard of my request in advance not to have any scented products in the massage ruined the experience for me.

It was a great experience with Crystal Spa. I got a deep tissue massage done with their medical certified person and she did an amazing job. She was very experienced and ensured to address all my pain areas. I would highly recommend this place.

Love this spa. I get a great massage and facial and feel the staff care about what they do and the customer's well being. The membership plan is a great deal too.
