Really wanted to love this place as it’s super convenient and prices are reasonable but unfortunately I did not. Firstly, I booked a HOT STONE massage and hot stones were only used the last 5 minutes of the massage. Secondly, the massage actually hurt. I woke up the next day with pain in my back from where the masseuse kept applying way too much pressure in the same spot. I could partially understand if I had booked a Swedish massage or one that requires lots of tension, but this was way too painful I couldn’t even enjoy the service.

This is a good place for a last minute massage with short notice and the location was very easy to find and the lady was pleasant however I don't recommend this as a lymphatic massage for post-op patients. I did not feel that the massage therapist was experienced with what was going on. Another concern was the "tip" chosing a 20$ tip for me did not sit well with me. I did go to another lymphatic massage therapist and had a completely different more positive experience.

I booked a prenatal massage when I got there , they didn’t have any of the prenatal massage equipment. They put me face down on an hard flat table and started massaging my back but it was hurting my baby so I told the woman to stop. On top of all of that it was 70 degrees outside but inside their suite it was 80 degrees and burning up. Imagine someone rubbing warm oil on your sweaty sticky skin. When I told the manger she said maybe it because you’re pregnant, I told her no it’s because I’m looking at the thermostat now and it’s reading 80 degrees. So i I got up and left. She offered me 10$ off my service I told her I rather leave now and not pay anything due to conditions and treatment in the salon . I give 3 stars bc she called and apologized and offered free massage.

Daydreamer Day Spa is a hidden gem. Located on Main Street in Laurel, the location is never congested and parking is always available. Once you open the door and go up the steps, you immediately feel a sense of calm. I think there may be 3 or 4 people on duty but I always call ahead and request Helen for my massage. I like Helen not only because she gives a great full body massage, but unlike most people nowadays, she is sensitive to your needs. Whatever I request as a focus area, she always delivers. Whether I need 30 minutes on my lower back or I need to turn over and focus on my legs and knees, she is there for me. When you go, I suggest asking for the room downstairs, if it is available. The temperature is always right and no outside noise. Truly a wonderful experience.

I visited the spa on 2/4 and this was my 2nd time along with my bf. On both visits we had appointments and we got the 90 minute couple massage. Our first visit was pretty pleasant and affordable, which prompted us to return. But, on the 2nd visit our experience was not as great. Both masseuse left out of the room several times during the service in order to talk to individuals that were walk ins and this took away from our massage time and experience. They would return to the room and then forget where they left off in the massage process, which also meant that the service was not done correctly. I would suggest that a receptionist is hired to avoid this type of situation, because when people pay their money they want to get the full time and attention. Also, the neighboring business was doing lawn maintenance which could be heard very loudly and messed up the experience as well. The masseuse here have great hands. I just wish that the experience would have been better. If people have appointments, then you cannot entertain walk-ins as well without the proper staff because it makes the paying customer feel like they are being taken for granted. I would never say that you should not patronize, but just go in knowing what to expect.

We booked an early morning couples massage and both of our masseuses provided each of us with great care and attention to detail. The spa was welcoming, relaxing, and professional. We will return for sure!

I came in last minute after work to get a 90 min massage and foot scrub and WOW!! I feel like a new woman! One of the best massages I have had in awhile. And the stretching at the end was amazing! Helen was amazing !! And the staff is so sweet. I am already looking forward to my next appointment!

I have been doing resistance training for many year. I get regular massages to help heal overworked muscles. First time appointment at Daydreamer Day Spa. The rooms are so clean and relaxing. I could tell right away that Miss Sandy was an experienced masseuse. I could feel the difference in my lower back within the first 20 minutes. The muscles in my back are relaxed and healthy again. Thank you Daydreamer Day Spa and Sandy.
