I would not recommend coming here. The location is a small office space, and the window is transparent, allowing everyone to see you while you’re getting a massage. After paying $70 for a Thai massage, I expected a much better experience, but it felt like the therapist had only been practicing for a week at best. The supposed calming music was just one song playing on a loop, which became more annoying than relaxing. After my massage, I reviewed the online feedback more carefully and now suspect the reviews may be fake.

I had an outstanding experience at De Ivory Spa! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for by the friendly and professional staff. The atmosphere of the spa is incredibly calming, with soothing music and a beautifully decorated space that immediately puts you at ease. The massage I received was truly exceptional. My therapist was very skilled and took the time to understand my specific needs, ensuring that every moment of the massage was perfect. After the session, I was able to take a nice warm shower. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. De Ivory Spa is a haven of tranquility and relaxation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and indulge in some much-needed self-care. I can’t wait to return!

I recently treated myself to a bundle session of a facial and body scrub at De Ivory Spa, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I stepped into the spa, I was enveloped in a serene and welcoming atmosphere. Otto explained where the location is and the spot to park my car, greeted me incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel at ease right away. The session began with a body scrub, which was incredibly invigorating. The therapist used high-quality products that exfoliated my skin beautifully, leaving it feeling silky smooth and rejuvenated. The treatment was both relaxing and revitalizing, providing the perfect start to my pampering session. Next was the facial, which was equally impressive. The esthetician took the time to assess my skin and customize the treatment to suit my specific needs. The products used were luxurious, and the facial itself was incredibly soothing. My skin felt deeply cleansed, nourished, and had a wonderful glow afterward. The combination of the body scrub and facial made for a truly indulgent and refreshing experience. De Ivory Spa exceeded my expectations in every way, and I left feeling completely renewed. I highly recommend De Ivory Spa for anyone looking to indulge in a comprehensive pampering session. My husband and I came for a 3 hour massage but didn't realize we would be visiting heaven. These lady's truly know how to give amazing massage. I have been to 3 other massage experiences where the esthetics were nice but the massages were basic. Not here. Here they targeted each problem area without even having to ask. They are the true definition of: if you know, u know. I could litterally feel some of my lymphatics drain. I also have a bad back from past accidents and plantar problems developing but woke up this morning a little sore yet actually able to walk without my usual pains. Thank you truly we will be loyal customers after this.

Would not recommend this place. I believe someone mentioned before. I believe this business has fake reviews and a lot of them. I scheduled a massage for this morning and when I went to the location, building was open and lights were on but no one was there…in ANY of the office spaces. It was a little eerie. I walked back out to my car to call and the phone line was disconnected. Thank God I chose to pay in person because if I would have spent money then we’d really have a problem. I couldn’t even find the correct door in the building. Will never be returning and hope people catch this review before booking with them. Maybe they have great service, but I wouldn’t know. Getting there was too much of a hassle to even attempt again.

10/13/24 - Still haven’t received my refund they stated they would give and it’s 2 weeks later. 9/28/24 - Very shady business. I had an appointment scheduled today for 2pm and arrived at 1:45pm because I wanted to ask about adding additional services. When I arrived at the destination I was skeptical because it is at a business park with freight entrances, similar to what you would see at automotive collision shops. When I entered the building I asked the person sitting downstairs if this was the spa, they didn’t respond. I called the number listed on their website, and it is disconnected. I call the appointment number and I am connected to an automated system that will direct me to a live person. I am #1 in queue and waiting. While waiting on hold, I saw a woman in a conference room and asked her the same question about the location of the spa and she wasn’t sure as she was there for a business that does sports conditioning. She suggested I check upstairs. I went to the second level and walked up to every door. Some had signs for businesses, most were empty with no signage, some doors were open with nothing in them. No one answers the phone, no one shows up. It is 2:07pm and I send an email to the company letting them know I arrived, I waited, I called and got nothing. At 2:15pm I head out to leave, I pass the sports conditioning employee and ask one final time about this spa. He says he doesn’t know of any spa in this building. As I am leaving the parking lot I get a call from a man telling me the woman is there and where am I? First, who are you? Second, no one is there. I waited for 15mins after my appointment time. I am no longer interested in doing business with this “spa”. He tries telling me I am in the wrong location and keeps repeating that the woman is there. I’m not sure what part of “I am not interested in your services” he wasn’t understanding. I told him their number is disconnected, there is no indication that this spa exists in this location, and whoever this woman is did not make it to my appointment on time and to please issue me a refund. This place is very sketchy and I do not recommend booking with them. This is not the place anyone who thinks of a spa would want to go. In response to the owner: please do not continue to refute the reviews of actual people who have booked appointments with your “spa”. Just take accountability. This is not a “spa” and no one was there. If you’d like we can bring in the owner of the sports medicine business on the first floor of suite 900. There was no mixup, as you are attempting to pacify it as. Instead of operating out of a business office invest in a space that actually represents a spa. Lastly, I was not offered a refund I had to demand one and go through my credit card company. I still do not recommend this sketchy business with a disconnected phone number to anyone seeking spa services.

I visited this place as a recommendation from my sister. I never really gotten a massage before, and I was the type of guy to avoid this type of relaxation and peaceful therapy. Now I can't wait to be back home and book my next appointment. I came out of that place feeling better than I have in years. The staff is so friendly and the people in the front give a welcoming and professional atmosphere I didn't think I was going to get. I think I needed this pampering maybe I'll try a spa and avocado mask but that's going to deep, I'll just stick to making appointments here. I can't say enough about how nice the staff was, I highly recommend coming here as a fat truck driver that has never taken care of him self I think this was a good foot in the right direction.
