Katy is an excellent therapist with a lot of experience and passion. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and addressed my main problem areas, leaving me feeling more relaxed and mobile. I've had deep pressure massages before, but nothing compares to her signature Ashiatsu massage. The calming atmosphere of her space really added to the experience, making it truly rejuvenating. She even kindly shared her playlist! You can tell she’s spent a lot of time perfecting this art. I highly recommend her to anyone and will definitely be coming back.

Wanted to give a shout out to Katy. I have recently been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy and she did a fantastic job helping me with the tightness and the burning pain I get in both feet and lower legs. I plan to have a regular session to help me manage the symptoms. I also felt very "down regulated" after the massage as I have been very stressed. Thanks Katy for doing what you do!
