Love Deep Roots! I've had a monthly subscription/meembership for 2-3 years now which reminds me to schedule a massage and take a break. The member discounts are a great value and the massage therapist are all very skilled and knowledgeable and all the people are great! Highly recommend massages at Deep Roots!

My LMT was pleasant but entirely too inexperienced, front desk staff arrived after I arrived, construction work happening in the office during my appointment. The "deep tissue" was disappointing. I ended up going to another LMT down the street to receive the treatment I needed. I was not going to leave a comment but after receiving another email asking for a review I thought you should know. I wish to acknowledge that Mark reached out to me to apologize for my experience. I found his email very professional and courteous, accepting responsibility and outlining corrective action. I originally gave them 2 stars but have since changed it to 4 because of his actions. I would not discourage anyone from seeking help there.

Always a relaxing and peaceful experience. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Dakotas massages are amazing, as are all the therapists there. I also appreciate the membership discount and the fact it helps me keep a regular massage scheduled.

I can’t think of anything I don’t like Truthfully, the only thing standing in the way of continuing my 5+annual membership (which lapsed due to Covid) is the cost increase. I work full time as a senior caregiver and an hour long massage with any of the team members cures not only my aches and pains but leaves my mind in a happy and peaceful space.
