great experience over all. I paid for couples deep tissue massage. it didn't quite feel like a deep tissue. however, they were being as careful not hurt us. I feel like next time I would just let them know not to hold back next time.

Very clean and calming environment. Purnell was great, making sure to work on the areas I specified with the appropriate pressure. He also gave me stretches to do on my own to help.

I booked 2 appointments for my daughter and myself, and prepaid $200+ tip, but no therapist ever showed and no one in reception was able to offer an explanation or produce a manager. I have yet to about WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
