Visited this place for the first time on 9/28/2024 and picked our own apples. A lot of different varieties of apples to pick from. The price is by the size of bags, not by weight. You pay for small, medium, or large bag at the entrance. You pick, fill the bag, and walk out. You can taste and buy ciders there also. Not really cheap, but great experience. Really enjoyed it!

Great place to get cider. Super fun staff with plenty of options to try. I had a great time and loved music and activities. Great for families as well. You can reserve a spot by a fire pit or in some of the more secluded igloos. We had a great time around other folks at the picnic tables. Update 8/27/2023 went back again still amazing. Highly recommend you visit!

I was so pleasantly surprised to discover Doc Waters Cidery—it’s practically around the corner from the pumpkin patch I visit every fall, yet I had no idea it was there! I ended up going for a friend’s birthday party, and it was the perfect setting for a fall gathering. We reserved one of the fire pit sections, which was cozy, affordable, and felt private enough to enjoy our group time while still soaking in the lively atmosphere around us. It’s great that they offer easy bites onsite and allow you to bring in outside food (though alcohol is restricted), which really gave us some flexibility. The atmosphere overall is fantastic—ideal for autumn, with beautiful grounds and well-maintained spaces. Even though I didn’t get to go apple-picking, it’s such a cool option for next time. The cidery is

Outside of the Original Hard cider, and the classic non alcoholic cider didn't enjoy the flavors/cider type of the flight they built. Ciders between friends seemed inconsistent in flavor, one friend enjoyed his blueberry cider, and I've heard the canned are good but after the extremely DRY and under sugared apple cider donuts couldn't bring myself to spending more money. The atmosphere and the seating is nice, but there are better Cideries around.

Love this local brewery. Their cider is good and to of mix and match option to pick from. Got the bourbon barrel aged, wasn't a fan but other options r good. Food truck is hit or miss. They also have a mini place where u can buy snacks (chips, onion dip, humus etc). Oh their non alcoholic apple cider is the one to get at any given second! Have trivia Have good music!!

This place is tucked away but there are plenty of signs to show you the way. The road there is super bumpy and gravelly. When you get there you just check in and then sit down or get food and drinks. One thing we found out right before we left is that they offer hard cider slushy flights and regular non alcoholic cider slashes. The food it a little limited with it mainly being small bites of a charcuterie board that is a prepackaged boarshead or crackers, but there was a food truck when we went there for more food. It has a great open space to sit talk and hang out in. It is super kid friendly but it can be a little hard to take a stroller that doesn't have larger wheels as the whole area is lawn. They also have fire pits that can be reserved and used which seems like it would be great for groups to enjoy. While I was not in love with all the hard ciders there there is plenty to enjoy about the place outside of that. Also the nonalcoholic cider is amazing as it hits a balance where it is just sweet enough and any of the hard ciders you don't like so much are elevated to being great if mixed with the normal cider.

Love this place, I almost don't want to review it just to keep it a hidden gem! Lots of room for social distancing. This year they have begun reservations so plan in advance. Fire pits, picnic tables, or you can bring your own chairs. They have food trucks and snacks to go with the cider. Non-alcoholic available for kids and plenty of space to run around. The cider is great, especially the hot mulled cider in the fall! 🙂

First time we tried to go it said “open”. When we arrived there wasn’t anyone there. Second time we can for trivia. It was at 7pm. We got to the table to pickup an answer sheet at 7:02 and were denied being able to play. I’ve hosted trivia multiple times as I worked at a brewery…there’s no excuse for that. He tried saying it’s a special trivia and we asked to at least play on our own and he said no. One lady overheard it all and brought us a sheet anyways and Apologized on his behalf. Atmosphere wise it wasn’t for us either and wouldn’t recommend bringing kids. My wife didn’t finish 3 of the 4 ciders in her flight citing they weren’t up to par with the many others she likes. When she was ordering them the one guy wasn’t very personal. He also said they serve root beer on tap - it’s not, it’s in a can. Wish them good luck but not a good experience, service or product.
