Place is a little is a dingy. Felt a little strange going into a room with a peep hole. That's probably the biggest complaint I have. The next would be the use towels for covering. They are thick, rough, and not comfortable.

One of my favorite spa's. Respectful, kind, down to earth. I've been here quite a few time, and everytime they exceed my expectations honestly. Anyone giving them a one star is really wanting things they don't offer. I can't see why else they could get someone would give this establishment a one star. Grow up kiddos. ~Thank you dream spa for existing. Makes life just a little better.

From NYC so I take my massages seriously. I've been getting them for quite some time. I drive all the way from Scottsdale here. I had been to a couple in Mesa, Chandler, & Scottsdale. And none tops this one. They have my loyalty.

I came here for an evening of relaxation and although the massage was phenomenal I will NEVER be coming back! The massage was great and the facility was very clean but I was not pleased with their customer service. I walked in and payed up front and gave the woman a $10 dollar tip. She kept telling me that it was way too little and to give more to which I responded with "I'll see after the massage." As soon as the massage was over she kept pushing about the extra tip; seeing I only had a $20 bill I asked her to please break it and to keep $5. I waited for my change back and over and over she refused and kept my $20. I thought this was extremely unprofessional and won't be paying a visit and not recommend.

Stole my lunch money!!.. they demanded a tip even after the message was mediocre, just and oil rub, very little pressure, and I had to keep telling the therapist what to do. Very bad technique and poor customer service. I gave no $5 dollars tip for bad service, that's because she demanded a tip for even bad service .
