I've been loving Drop so far! I have done a few sauna sessions in the past but nothing as nice as this! The studio is gorgeous and the sauna rooms are very comfortable and relaxing. The staff are very friendly and explained everything during my first visit. They also have literature all about the benefits of saunas to read. The equipment is top notch and features, light therapy, near infrared, and far infrared wavelengths. Each room also has a TV to watch or listen to relaxing music. I choose the latter and meditate during my session. So relaxing! I wish I could go more often!

This hidden gem of a place has been nothing short of outstanding since I discovered it as well as the concept of Infrared Sauna/Chromotherapy in general. From the owners/managers (Francine and Shelley) to each and every employee I've encountered over the past 2 months on pretty much a daily basis, I have found the entire staff to be welcoming, courteous, engaging and knowledgable on every facet of the service they provide. Special shout out to six lovely ladies who are the true essence and unsung heroes, who make the experience an enjoyable one. Lady Di, Renee, Adrienne, Danielle, Sierra and De Ann. For those of you who may be relatively unaware of the numerous benefits, here is a synopsis/summary of what I have experienced from a personal perspective: 1) Reduces inflammation throughout the body for athletic muscle recovery or chronic arthritic conditions. 2) Helps improve circulation, lowers blood pressure and reduces risk of cardiovascular disease. 3) Alleviates stress, relaxes. Heat boosts endorphins, which leave you feeling rejuvenated. 4) Boosts immune system. Heat therapy increases white cell production, which fights off infection, sickness. 5) Promotes weight loss, increases metabolism, burns calories, reduces cellulite, improves skin tone. 6) Sweating detoxifies body of toxins, metals and other harmful substances. 7) Improves skin health. Reduces wrinkles, improves elasticity, increases collagen production. 8) Helps ease joint pain and stiffness by increasing circulation and reducing inflammation. 9) Improves overall sleep quality. 10) Helps boost mood and energy. Staff is ALWAYS very welcoming and friendly. Customer service is very highly exceptional & provided much more information about detoxification than what the sauna itself has to offer. I Love going to the infrared saunas at Drop Studio. I have been doing it for over a month, and I leave every session feeling so great. It's hot, you leave sweating, and you keep sweating even after you get back home. It feels so good though! The next day is the best part. I always feel so energized and ready to go. I recommend this experience. Both of the Drop studios in town are great. It's $25 on your first visit. It will be money well spent. Try it!

It's so comfortable, the space is always impeccably clean, I enjoy listening to music while inside, scheduling is easy, the staff is always happy to see me, fresh towels, wet towels. For all these reasons I love drop sauna and look forward to coming here. Most importantly, I feel great afterwards. Detoxing has been an important part of my healing journey and the Sauna’s I have done at Drop Sauna have helped me heal from mold toxicity. Truly the best infrared experience. The owners Shelley and Francine are the kindest souls and they truly care about every customer that comes in. The place is SPOTLESS. The saunas are SPOTLESS. They also give you an essential oil soaked frozen towel to use each visit. You feel like you're visiting family every time you visit. I highly recommend this place for date days as well as they have larger saunas for couples to do sessions together. My husband and I will watch The Office on the television and sauna together and it's a really fun way to date. Thank you DROP for setting an unmatched standard when it come to small business and infrared.
