A big group was in town for meeting and we wanted to have some fun. Looking for a place that we could eat, drink and be merry we saw this. The name itself made us all smile, though we were skeptical about getting decent food. We took a chance and it paid off. 12 of us walked in and we're trying to get the lay of the land when a man at the bar mentioned we could push some tables together. Turns out he was the owner and he helped us, directed me to some good bourbon he had and we enjoyed some conversation. Our server, likely a young college student, was not so happy to see us and was less than accommodating and obviously we were his last table, he just wanted to leave. That did not stop us from enjoying surprisingly good bar food, overall acceptable service and an excellent location where the owner actually was there, worked and appreciated our coming in. If you live here or just passing through, it's it a local treasure since the 1930s and you should support this type of business. Well done DuKum Inn!!

Very friendly bartender and atmosphere with very nice pool tables and an almost saloon type feel to it. We only had drinks but no complaints would definitely go back again.

Kirksville is severely lacking in quality food establishments, But this will do. If you like sauce on your wings, you'll want to go elsewhere

Food is okay, majority of it is overpriced and frozen. Where Dukum inn struggles is its management. The main manager is all over the place and disorganized. Save your money and look somewhere else.

Very cozy atmosphere. Impressive liquor selection (including a few high-end bourbons..my personal fave) The owner, Craig, is very personable and took a generous amount of time to discuss with my friends and me the history of the historic building and how he acquired it. Thursdays after 9 it gets really crazy as seemingly all of the college students in the area flood in for their $10 bottomless drink specials. Overall, I highly recommend
