Ebb & Flow Massage Therapy Center

Haven’t had a massage in a few months after becoming pregnant, so this prenatal massage was well due. I couldn’t be happier. Kelly gave me one of the most phenomenal massages I’ve ever had and I will be returning. I feel like I got my fill 60-minutes and my massage and its quality of it was the priority over the clock. I am so happy I found Ebb & Flow! I have seen Natalie 3 times and have had a wonderful experience each time. She always does a full hour of actual massage, after checking in on what I need that particular day. She is super easy to chat with and gives a phenomenal massage. The space is cozy and welcoming and just feels very comfortable. I love that there is a reading nook which I have taken advantage of post-massage, enjoying a chapter and making some hot tea.

From the entrance to exit this establishment was a remarkable experience. The gentleman at the front desk made us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were well cleaned and had such a relaxing ambiance. The tea (and water) room at the end of our massage was an absolute wonderful surprise! Our couples massage was incredible! The two women worked so well together, communicating and conversing with us at the right times but never too much!! 12/10 would highly recommend!

Ebb & Flow is a gem of a find in West Asheville. This adorable cottage welcomes you to a very warm a zen environment to relax in prior to and after your massage. The staff is amazing and extremely attentive to your specific needs. Merci for the fantastic service!

Super easy online scheduling process. Ample parking. Comfortable lobby and tea room to hang out in after your service. Friendly staff and stellar massage from Laura! I'm from out of town and was nervous booking without having any personal recommendations. However scheduling with her ended up being a marvelous decision. She listened to the areas I described being bothersome and intuitively found other areas I hadn't even realized were tight. She made me feel at ease and her techniques were super effective. Strongly recommend!
