Eight Twenty Eight Massage

I have been coming here since 2019. She is the only therapist I have found that actually knows what my body needs and listens to my concerns. As long as she is in business, I will always see her. Hands done the best.

I had a massage booked for September 23rd and the massage therapist was a no show. I have tried to call the number, leave voicemails, contact through the website and I still haven’t received a response now one month later. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated that I have been ignored for a month.

Onay gives the best massages I've ever had. Most therapists I've seen start your hour before they talk about your problem areas or even start the massage. Onay gives you a true hour and the last time I went she actually went over an hour. She's very nice and professional. I can't say enough about how amazing she is. Your body will thank you

Onay is amazing! She addressed my problem areas and gave me useful tips to help when I’m at home that actually helped. My first visit I noted my pressure preference and focus areas and each visit after she remembers all my preferences. Very professional. Very clean. Very personable. She was very flexible when I had to suddenly reschedule once. Additionally, prior to my very first visit she was very easy to contact and answered all of my questions via email timely, which I appreciated very much. Disregard any bad reviews from the previous year as they are all based around sudden covid closures which is out of any company’s control. Email/text reminders are part of an automatic system and based on my multiple experiences with Onay I truly believe she communicated to everyone about the sudden closures.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered in the massage industry. She seemed professional and is apparently good but couldn’t even refund a massage I didn’t get. I contacted her before the massage and she seemed fine with the cancellation. Even upon asking if I was going to be charged she said there is no fee for a cancellation. I thought everything was fine except apparently she meant that if I cancelled without asking for a refund then I wouldn’t be charged a fee. YOU ARE ONLY REFUNDED YOUR MONEY IF YOU ASK. So I guess she thought I was cancelling without wanting a refund. I thought no biggie I will wait the 3-5 business days she mentioned. At this point it has almost been 3 WEEKS and I HAVENT BEEN REFUNDED. I have been contacting her continuously to no response even though she has viewed the messages. It is just plain unprofessional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS BUSINESS.

Onay was wonderful! Very professional and I could really tell she knows her anatomy! Each stroke was purposeful and effective. Onay did great at working into spots that needed it without causing discomfort. I have to say I'm very much looking forward to my next massage!

I suffer from Muscular Dystraphy, Spinal Stenosis and Severe Nerve damage. As I interned the office the atmosphere was very pleasant. The Therapist was very polite. She made you feel real relaxed. Upon the massage she Down with you to see what your needs were. She took her time and made sure she was able to work on the areas you requested as well as making you comfortable. She works well with her hands and is a God sent. I leave out feeling so much better. She is my Therapist from here on out. Dependable, Reliable easy to talk to. It was a pretty nice massage. I felt some relief from my tension. I got a full body for $55. The lady was real nice and sweet with a soft soothing voice while in the room with me but when she would leave the room, she and a co-worker would yell at each other in passing. It happened a few times. It might bother some people but it didn't bother me. I just laughed, more therapy. Lol
