Elements Massage

I recently tried to redeem a massage certificate I received for Element Massage, which had no expiration date. To my surprise, when I contacted the company to schedule an appointment, I was informed that they would no longer honor the certificate. This experience was incredibly disappointing. A business that issues a certificate with no expiration date should stand by that commitment. It felt unfair and unprofessional to be told that something I had been given as a gift was now worthless. This incident reflects poorly on Element Massage, as it suggests a lack of respect for their customers. I won’t be recommending this company to others, and I’m hesitant to consider their services in the future.

The worst massage I had in my entire life. My back still hurts the same after the massage. Masseuse was more interested in talking than giving massage. No pressure at all for a deep tissue massage. The masseuse left at 48 minutes. I have gone to a handful of massage place in the Bay Area, and this one ranks among the lowest. I am never coming back to this place.

Gee was very professional and applied the perfect amount of pressure I wanted! And he gave great recommendations for me afterwards about what areas were my tensest. Overall, a wonderful experience!

From when you arrive to when have to leave, you feel and understand that this business is run at high professional level. From the customer service, to the quality of the services provided and the constant feedback I would recommend elements massage to friends and family.

My experience with Elements Massage San Mateo was highly disappointing, particularly regarding their membership cancellation process. Despite their written policy allowing cancellation within 30 days, I encountered significant obstacles when attempting to cancel my membership. The management’s lack of professionalism, responsiveness, false promises and the misinformation provided made the process needlessly difficult and frustrating. I hope these issues are addressed promptly to improve customer service.

My masseuse was great but I will never go here again because they DO NOT HONOR GIFTCARDS!!! I received a gift card that did not have an expiration date and I had to pay the difference in price even though the massage was not for a specific dollar amount. I made an appointment for a 1 hour massage and the gift card that I had was for a 1 hour massage. A friend of mine was in this same situation and her gift card was honored but mine was not. Very poor business etiquette.
