Elements Massage

Lindsay is amazing! She has helped me with my overall health from my SI joint issues to the never ending stress knots in my neck and shoulders. Lindsay follows up on prior areas of concern to see if there has been improvement and asks if there are any new areas that need to be addressed. Staff is friendly and the overall environment is very relaxing. Highly recommend.

If I was able to give it zero stars I would. Although the receptionists were always nice, this place was NEVER able to follow through for me to actually get a massage. My boyfriend and I were disappointed due to having issues three times. The first time, they canceled one of the appointments and we had to reschedule both of the appointments. Called and they said we were all set. When the day of the appointment comes, we go in only to be told that only one of us had an appointment even though on the phone we were told that we were both rescheduled. So then we were rescheduled a third time. We understand mistakes happen but yet we were disappointed again. Day of the appointment, we get a call saying one of our appointments had to be cancelled AGAIN. On the phone, they did offer to reschedule and a free massage but what’s the point? We waited almost one whole month trying to get a massage here and they do not follow through. Really disappointed because all the other reviews are so good but will definitely be taking my business some place else.

The appointment was easy to make, and everyone was so pleasant to talk to and follow-up with. The online reminders and intake forms were helpful to make it easy too. I made a reservation for my two friends that were in town as well. We all had successive appointments with the same masseuse. We all had a wonderful experience and great massage! Would definitely recommend this spa and plan to return in the near future!

I had booked a massage a week in advance for my daughter, who is a minor. Two hours before the appointment they call to tell me that the therapist she is scheduled with is not licensed to work on minors and I would have to reschedule. Very poor organization skills on their part and I will not be rescheduling with Elements Massage ever! What a disappointment.

I find having a monthly massage at Elements in Geneva keeps me moving with more comfort from pain. Alyssa has played a large part in my ability to cope with daily muscle issues. Alyssa is very caring, professional and sensitive to my needs. Thank you, Alyssa, for your continued excellence in your profession!

Love how friendly and respectful the therapists are especially when I just ask to leave feeling relaxed. I can trust that I will have tension relieved without being in pain from the pressure. Jazmen has been an amazing addition with her awareness and kindness and I really enjoyed the massage I got from Sam recently. My neck hurt when I walked in and he worked out the kink gently.

I cannot see the prices while booking online on the website. It only gives me an option to pay later. I want to know if the session is even worth the price I am paying. It doesn't even say anything about the massage. Would it be a swedish massage or deep tissue? And after reserving the spot, I didn't even get any email confirmation. Should I just show up on the booking date?

I had Michelle, an Elite MT, providing my services for this session. 14 hours later, I am still relaxed and not feeling the tenderness in my pelvis or shoulders/neck. Your hands were magic! Thank you for everything! I enjoyed every technique, and the pressure was awesome. To anyone considering booking an appointment, you have to try the cucumber infused water, so refreshing and delicious!
