I felt compelled to write a review after coming here for years now. Every time I come I feel cared for and listened to. I get a thorough consultation to discuss any problem areas and each massage has been tailored to what I need each time. My last two massages with Veronica have been absolutely to rave about. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

This place was easy to get an appointment. You could pick a therapist that matched what kind of pressure you wanted and also taller your massage experience with several different options. For that hour- I was content, comfortable and stress free! Do it! Do it for your body and mind!

I love leaving positive reviews for businesses however I can’t leave anything other than one star here. I scheduled a 90 minute prenatal massage and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I’ve had numerous regular and prenatal massages at other businesses, but I wouldn’t even qualify the 90 minutes I spent here as a massage. I basically lay on my side somewhat uncomfortably and had oil rubbed into the middle of my back and a very small portion of my legs for 90 minutes. There was nothing relaxing about the entire experience. I’m more tense now than before the appointment. Steven was extremely friendly, however when I’m spending a lot of money for a service, friendly doesn’t quite make up for disappointment. I kept waiting for the massage part to start maybe after he got enough oil on but it never happened. I don’t think part of my job as a client is to instruct on how to give a massage either. Even if he thought maybe I didn’t want any pressure because I’m pregnant, he still only rubbed oil into the middle square of my back, it was not full body by any means, and I was also just generally uncomfortable the whole time. It was not the relaxing and gentle touch you usually get from a masseuse. I read several reviews saying they had a great experience with him and I don’t understand how it was the same person. I wish there was something redeeming I could say but I’m just extremely disappointed because I was looking forward to a relaxing experience and I wasted my time and money and now I’m just grumpy and oily. And I’m pretty sure the crick I now have in my neck is from laying on the narrow table. I felt hesitant when I met Steven, more hesitant when I saw the bed setup, and I deeply regret being too polite/chicken to ask to leave after 10 minutes. Should have trusted my gut. If you’ve had positive experiences here yourself, I’m happy for you and also jealous.

This place is amazing. I love when you walk in you feel the vibe immediately. It’s calm and serenity throughout. Everyone is very pleasant and the massages from Matt is outstanding. I hate when my session is up. The staff treats everyone like family. LOVE IT!!!

My husband and I have had a membership for years, even during COVID. We love the customer service of the front desk. Karen goes out of her way to make sure we get on the calendar. Karen asked what was the best way to contact us and what were our preferred styles and times for scheduling. Thanks to Karen, this is one membership we actually use! The therapists are fantastic, especially Terrance and Steve. I highly recommend the Crofton location if you want to enjoy a relaxing experience.
