Elements Massage

First time experiencing Elements Massage and it did not disappoint! The appointment was scheduled for a couples massage and I had no issues scheduling. We did get a call a couple days before the appointment asking us to reschedule our time due to our therapist having a family emergency. Rescheduling was easy and they were extremely accommodating. The location is easy to find and makes you feel instantly at ease as soon as you enter. The reception / waiting area and the massage room itself were very clean and smelled amazing. Checking in was a breeze! As a first time customer they ask you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out standard paperwork. This location was very popular. I saw at least 5-10 customers coming and going. After the paperwork was filled, the massage therapists came out and greeted us, took our paperwork and directed us to the room. Each therapist went over our paperwork individually to see if we had any questions, concerns or certain target areas we’d like taken care of. They left us to undress (to your comfort) and came back after we were comfortable. The massage tables were absolutely wonderful! They were heated and so relaxing. Our massage therapist’s were Dana and Ingrid and I highly recommend requesting them for your next appointment. They were both extremely pleasant, professional and easy to talk to! And they were both making sure that we were taken care of in the way we needed to be. We did an hour long couples massage and I plan on doing it again in the future! The room had speakers installed in the ceiling for gentle music to play while you relax. It also had a fake fireplace and chairs available to place your items on. After our massage, they asked us if we needed anything else and were kind enough to get us a water for our drive back home. As a first time customer, you get a discount (I believe it’s $30 off the regular rate). Checking out and paying was easy! They ask if you’d like to leave a tip and I believe that the work Ingrid and Dana did definitely deserved it! Overall, it was an incredible experience. The staff that we encountered were phenomenal and friendly.

I've being seeing Jonathan for almost half a year now, and my wellbeing and mental health have improved by miles. I'm a walking dumpster fire of issues, and I leave every time feeling physically better and educated on aftercare. The front desk is helpful and friendly. Crystal (i think that is her name) is my favorite.

Visiting Spokane from California. Travel a lot for work and I often get a lot of pain in my back and legs from planes and hotel beds. I'm no stranger to massages, and used to have a membership at several Element's in California. I walked in with a lot of pain and needing pain killers to sleep. My massage today with Roger was incredible. I left there with no more pain or tightness. I'm lying in bed without any discomfort or needing a pain killer. Fantastic massage. Quite a unique approach and technique but really exceptional. Highly recommend

Nice facilities, very relaxing. I like how considerate and attentive my massage therapist is. It's so nice to go back to the same person and they remember what you need and what your body does without having to explain all over again. I also really appreciate the text message confirmation and reminders. All around nice experience.

I had been having tension headaches and sciatic nerve pain and after seeing Desi, both problems were gone immediately. It's been almost a month with no headaches and wow. What a huge difference in quality of life. I look forward to going back and working with Desi again.

Robert was very knowledgeable and communicated extremely well. I had a pinched nerve, fractured rib and undergoing chemo so he had a lot to deal with. He did a very good job of working the areas that needed them

I’ve never had a great experience here. They rush you through, the talent is so so and it seems like the LMTs are more concerned with getting you in and out than making it a positive experience. Today was way worse. My LMT smelled of BO badly. His braided beard also kept dragging across my hair and thumping me in the forehead. As he massaged my neck while I was face up, he was so rough moving my neck back and forth that it almost felt like I was getting whiplash. I’ve ended my membership there and will be finding better service elsewhere.

Elements provides an exceptional experience from scheduling to therapist matching. The front desk staff and therapists are friendly and professional. The studio is clean and peaceful providing a safe and calming space. I highly recommend elements massage!
