Elements Massage

I have received many massages over the years, and this one was the best! I really liked how Michael assessed areas that needed work and educated me on the various muscles he was working on. He also provided me with some beneficial stretches to do at home to help with the especially tight muscles.

I can't brag enough about Elements Massage in Walnut Creek. I had my first massage on my birthday this past weekend. Delon is absolutely amazing and eased all my muscle ache and pain. I rarely go for massages but this was one was fantastic. I highly recommend it those who are in search of a deep tissue massage and relaxation.

Elements Walnut Creek is amazing. The staff is friendly and professional. They have such a diverse group of therapists that I’m sure anyone can find their match. Cheryl is amazing. She always applies hot packs to help my tense muscles relax and hot towels which turns the massage into more of a spa experience. Brandon is also amazing. He manages to work all the kinks out of my back and shoulders. Both create such a safe and comfortable environment.

I’ve had different therapists all of whom have been wonderful! The front desk personnel are also very kind and professional! Had Juana today and she knew exactly what to pin point from the beginning of the massage. She was also very considerate of my needs and comfortability. Juana was perfect! Book her, you won’t regret it!

I love having a membership at Elements! There are so many wonderful massage therapists. I love Mel, she is very kind and intuitive. She always makes me feel cared for and relaxed. She is pure magic! I look forward to every massage!

I went to Elements 5 days after a very hard 100 mile trail race. The staff were very knowledgeable about ultrarunners and the stresses our bodies encounter. I have never.had a massage person who really understood. I feel great!

Upon arriving in my massage room I was advised by staff member that they only did light to medium pressure. I asked if they could just do as hard as they were able. They advised they could do cupping or stretching to compensate. I agreed to cupping. I was never advised that I would be charged, it was proposed as a compromise not an add on. Upon check out I was charged for the cupping. I explained the situation to the receptionist and my understanding of the cupping and she informed that it was standard to be charged regardless. I should note this was my first time at Elements and understood I would be getting $20 off my first massage. I was charged $20 extra for the cupping. The staff made no attempt to remedy the situation in anyway. They advised that the only way to have been booked with that therapist was if I had request light touch. Definitely not what I expected or would have requested, it was it was by mistake. The confirmation email did not mention that specific request or I would have changed it immediately. The massage was essentially only cupping. Very disappointing.

I love going here for my massages. Everyone is nice and professional and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing.
