Elements Massage

My first visit here was with Brenda, and it was amazing! I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage and she did just the right amount of pressure in the areas I needed it most. She was fun to talk to, all while making it a relaxing experience! Can’t wait to go back.

I have used the services of Elements Massage of Murfreesboro for years! Patti, the owner, is very conscientious and friendly and makes me feel very valued. Although there are many awesome therapists here, Heather C is by far the most excellent. Her technique and results are only overshadowed by her innate desire to heal and nurture her clients. I highly recommend this studio!

It's about equal to one of the better Chinese spas, but more expensive and with white women. They have a monthly recurring membership that doesn't seem like a great deal. Appointments have to be booked days, weeks in advance. You are better off going to one of the upscale Asian places that take walk-ins, charge less, and give a better massage. The "one hour" massage got started late and ended early. Probably about 40-45 minutes, and mediocre, at best. The masseuse was nice but not strong enough in the arms and hands for a good, deep tissue massage. I gave her a good tip for a good attempt anyway, but I won't be back. TLDR: Very nice staff. Clean and comfortable. Bad corporate model. Overpriced. Not recommended.

Very professional, courteous and accomodating staff. So therapeutic! The skill level is top tier, be it you need to just relax, work out some knots or loosen up years of tension, they can do it. Not just one therapist but all have been great, look forward to my next visit!

UPDATE: I think I forget how to have a neck, so I went back to Elements Massage and the neck is neck-ing again!! Best experience of my entire life. I'm an average mid-20s girl, I carry my stress in my neck and shoulders - I have NEVER felt relief like this before. It was such a relaxing experience that I cried in the best way. Thank you SO MUCH to Elements Massage - My first, second, and now 3rd massages were perfection. I love you guys!!!

This was my first deep tissue massage. Phenomenal experience! Heather was attentive, professional, and competent. It was easy to schedule my appointment. The receptionist was friendly, too. The facility was clean and calm. I’ll book another appointment the next time I’m in town.

I would like to give a shout out to the therapist Liam. He is very personable and professional. He focused and listened to what my needs were, and that was greatly appreciated. He gave an amazing Swedish massage, and sometimes that’s what our bodies need. Added bonus I slept great that night. Obviously my body really needed it. I highly recommend Liam as your next massage therapist.

I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience. From the calm lobby to the attentive staff, my massage with Luna might be the best I’ve ever had!
