Elements Massage

I enjoy coming to Elements Massage and have been for over 8yrs for me. Ashley provides great energy, outstanding customer service, friendliness and she is very knowledgeable. She always provides excellent relaxing massages with good techniques which allows me to fall asleep and for me that's a good indication of trust and that I am in good hands. Her massages are definitely a health benefit to the mind and body. Ashley is phenomenal in her skills and always consistent. Thumbs up!!!! Hands Down:)

Didn’t have a good experience with Clara. Short changed me 7 minutes on a 90 minute massage. She asked what I wanted worked on… I mentioned my shoulder. She never touched my shoulder. Then she would do this thing where she would pause her elbow on a muscle for like 30 seconds and then move forward with the motion. She did this dozens of times. I felt like she was just wasting the time off the clock. One of the worst massages I’ve ever had. Pretty sad considering Elements used to be one of my favorite places to go.

My friend and I went to have a body massage at Elements Massage place for the first time in the Brentwood area, and we were treated very disrespectfully by the receptionist and one of the girls giving a massage. Clara the therapist was rude since she started giving me the massage. She said that I was late for my appointment and she had other clients waiting. They charged me 89 dollars for a 20-minute very poor massage. I complained to the receptionist but she didn't care, she did not even offer me an apology for Clara's behaviour. Clara's behaviour was unprofessional. I work for a very recognized hospital where most of my friends are looking for a place to have a body massage done due to the higher level of stress we have from working long hours every day. So, I will tell all of my friends about my bad experience with this place. I'll tell them not to come and waste money on a massage that is not worth it.

Walking in the front door gave me a calming feeling. The Receptionist was welcoming & relaxed both in her voice and mannerisms. As soon as I stepped into the hall, I felt some of my stress fading. Christopher was wonderful. He took the time to understand my situation & needs before the massage began. I just happened upon them through Groupon, as my daughter is in ICU in Nashville (I am from SE Michigan). I had already been here just shy of 4 weeks but have been referring them to anyone I come in contact with since. I really can't say enough kind words for Christopher. The best I can say is Thank You! You allowed me to relax during a time I really didn't think that was possible.

I cannot say enough great things about Brittany P! After receiving my first massage from her, I immediately booked the membership, so I could manage the constant issues that come with raising kids and working from home on a computer. Every month after my appointment I feel so much better and look forward to my next visit. Brittany is informative and always ready to tackle whatever problem I walk in with. She's the best!!

Ashley used the whole 90 mins of our session really well, I left feeling relaxed but also that I got a real treatment for all my aches and pains. She listened to my areas of concerns and gave them adequate attention and pressure without causing me discomfort. Highly recommend.

Britney‘s 90 minute deep tissue massage is life-giving. Her knowledge of anatomy and attention to specific pain points is why I come back time and time again. Halie recommend!

I had a massage with Ashley at the Brentwood Elements location. This was my second session with Ashley. Her demeanor alone calms and relaxes me. Her massages are also wonderful and clearly thought out, especially if your primary goal is relaxation through light to medium pressure. I fully recommend Ashley.
