Elements Massage

I Just went in for an hour massage with Victor. My appointment was 9:45-10:45. The receptionist let me know that they have a 5 minute dress time prior to and after the appointment for dressing- for a total of 10 minutes off the appointment. Victor released me at 10:30 (15 minutes before the end of my appointment) I mentioned this to the receptionist, who then asked Victor if there was a problem that had him end early. He stated “no, we started on time so I ended early” The receptionist tried to get me to book again with a free enhancement due to my appointment being cut short. Which I did not. I’m truly disappointed, as I had arranged for child care and was in quite some pain to get to this appointment. I WOULD NOT recommend going here

I’ve been to several massage locations and this one was the best. I had Matt and he helped identify what was causing some of my aches and pains. I felt like I was educated while relaxing. We loved our experience and have now become monthly members!

HUGE Thank you to Elements Massage and their wonderful client for their random act of kindness this morning! I really appreciated their beautiful client offering me a moment of compassion in their parking lot. I really needed it. She was on her way in for her massage, and was kind enough to talk to the staff about getting me a one hour massage. Again, huge thank you. The world is a bit crazy sometimes; it's nice to be shown a little bit of kindness when you're feeling a bit down and out.

This place makes me feel AMAZING about myself. Way better than how I feel when I'm at my in-laws' place during the holidays. All they do is chastise me about how much gravy I consume, and they always make fun of how my face begins to leak once the pet dander from their carpets seeps into my pores, invading the very essence of what it means to be a man.

As a first timer with Elements Massage, I was impressed with the Nashua location’s professionalism and care! The non contractual membership option for basically half off a monthly massage(or more, w same discount!) is a no brainer, specially when unused sessions can roll over month to month or be gifted away. AND the membership is valid at any other Elements location too. My massage was amazing, the body worker obviously knowledgeable about her trade, and exactly what I needed

Weird, I cannot change my score to 8/10, it choose 10 and locked in. There is always room for improvement, which is why I scored 8/10. This was my first visit and Chris was excellent, I have signed up for the membership which provides great discounts.After my massage, I was pain free for 2 days and very relaxed. I feel with more massages with Chris, my pain will only improve. Haley at the front desk was a delight, she worked with me over email to set up my first visit. When I got there, she greeted me with a friendly face and I was already at ease. She sat with me for about 10 minutes going over my history and what I expected for my visit. What was really reassuring was that the employees receive a free massage per month. This allows them to share their personal experiences and shows that they feel comfortable with staff. It would be awesome if they served wine/beer before/after, provided a relaxation lounge before/after so that you do not have to rush and drive home, and locker/showers. I have been to a few places with these features and it made the experience that much better. I have already booked my next two visits for September, can't wait to see everyone again! The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome when you arrive. I went to see Laurie once, and now I'm hooked. She provides amazing neck relief and makes the hour long massage feel like just a few minutes. Pretty sure she has to wake me up afterwards. Ha! I leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

Great place to get a massage! The membership is worth it if you plan on going at least once a month, which why not treat yo self!? Viktor is great! Try cupping!
