Elements Massage

It’s incredible, I’ve been a customer for over 3 years and I have never dealt with such rude unprofessional service while trying to schedule an appointment . Ironically, it was the manager!! Her name is Erika and she blatantly hung up on me while still scheduling the massage and was laughing out loud when asked to speak with another representative. It’s so frustrating because that’s the manager! Also, after multiple times clarifying my availability she would continue to offer appointments that were outside my availability request and would laugh when repeated requests were made to clarify schedule. I started going there and now have referred family members who now have a membership and this is what I have to deal with? If anyone else has recommendations for massage places in Coral Springs please let me know.

I just received a facial from Sabrina and it was amazing! I’ve gotten multiple facials from her. She’s always very thorough with the facials & she addressed my problem areas on my skin. I loved that Sabrina was knowledgeable about the products when I asked about them. I will definitely be coming more often

It's very easy to book the massage you want online. The place is clean and spacious. And Kayla, who massaged me, is really top-notch. Possibility of being a member and getting a reduced rate. I'll be back with pleasure.

Just had one of the best massages. I’m so pleased and relaxed! Courtney was exceptional - also very pleasant and considerate. He checked in at different times to make sure I was comfortable. I also really enjoyed how dynamic the massage was! He was able to work out some of my muscle tension and pain in key areas which was lovely. Will definitely book again!

Great experience and massage. I haven’t had a massage in over 10 years and was apprehensive but the staff and Lisette did an excellent job answering questions and customizing the massage to my needs. There were many elements of the massage (ha I said the name of the business) that were refreshing and healing but I was surprised how well my body responded to the forearm, front shoulders, and hand grip/fingers attention. I always associate shoulders and neck and back with massage and Lisette was very thorough and engaged a full 60 minutes. Thanks.

Greeted upon entry. Good customer service at front desk , friendly and attentive. ANTOI! Omg,! My massage was heavenly. I really needed it. I have difficulty being able to relax. He made me feel comfortable enough to not feel self conscious about anything; which is important. I came straight from work from Labor &Delivery ward, in scrubs, changed and I was not prepared in terms of “grooming” my underarms, as it was a gift card from some1. He made me feel so comfortable, no weird or inappropriate comments. I was able to get out of my head. Relaxing music. Dim lights. I did not want to get out of the massage chair. AT ALL. It felt like massage chair was heated. The room was spacious, I appreciated they did mine in that room so I didn’t feel clustered. He got out some tension knots, used deep pressure with some elbows also, and pressure points, I focused on my breathing. He checked in with me but not too much. I would go back for sure. Very affordable. I was so impressed I tipped HEAVY that day! Try it out!

I loved how smoothly everything flowed - from arrival, to the massage, to check out - Everything was wonderful. The staff is so inviting and accommodating of your every need. I look forward to visiting them again soon.

My tech was Cassie. She was great! One of the best massages ever. I love going to this location. Everyone is professional and pleasant.
