Elements Massage

I usually go to the Sun Prairie location, but I saw that there was last minute availability at Elements Massage Middleton. Very happy I booked the appointment! John has a lot of experience under his belt and it was very evident throughout the massage. It felt like my muscles were telling him a story and he could guess my habits (sleeping on my left side, running as exercise, desk job, etc.) He offered helpful advice on how I could work on loosening those muscles at home. It was an insightful, relaxing session. Thanks, John!

I have been seeing Caleb for years, I require deep tissue massage and massage therapist that can work with issues like scoliosis. Caleb has been fantastic, very open to feedback as we worked together. He is knowledgeable and an enthusiastic provider who is motivated to serve his clients well. Absolutely recommend. Front staff has also been very helpful and responsive.

Very nice Massage. Went with my friend and when booking they had us at 15 minutes apart then messaged me and moved us to the same start time wich I thought was very considerate. I will totally be going back as Ross and Justin were amazing for my Friend and I.

I have had a great experience at Elements in Middleton for about a year. I've seen 3 different therapists and they have all been great, well-informed in how to treat my issues, and have helped immensely in my healing. I would definitely recommend this place!

I have received massages from Caleb over the past year on a monthly basis and cannot explain how great of a therapist he is. His knowledge of anatomy on how the body works is amazing. I go in and explain my situation at the start of the session he can tell right away which areas need the most work. He may work on an area different from where I think needs attention, and in the end, of course he is correct. I always leave feeling much better and highly recommend him.

First time at elements massage and I was highly impressed. The staff were all very friendly and the scheduling process was a breeze. I did a 90 minute massage with Joel and he was fantastic. I usually see chiropractors for back issues but Joel was able to relieve much of my tension. Would highly recommend him if you’re getting a massage!
