I have had great experiences here since I started last fall following a car accident. After trying a few different providers, I’ve found Lee and Susanne to be the best fit for me. Lee is great when I need deeper pressure and has been especially helpful with work on my neck, shoulders and hips. Susanne is great when I am needing more craniosacral and lymphatic focus. I also appreciate how each therapist’s areas of expertise are noted when you are booking online, helping you find the right match for your specific needs. I have gotten a couple of facials here with Alexus and it was a very relaxing, informative experience. It is a wonderful way to enhance a self care day. The whole front desk staff is extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with, making sure it’s a pleasant experience on either end. It has been very convenient being able to text when I don’t have the opportunity to call, too. Overall, would recommend!

If you want a real massage, don't come to these places. People were friendly. But the effort on a full body massage and the tactics were so bad. I could of had a better massage from a stranger. Who didn't even wanna do it in the first place. If you go to this place. Then you've never been to a real massage therapist. Worst massage of my entire life.

Such a BAD experience! This is the WORST branch I’ve been to. I booked a 90minute a while back and didn’t know that they made an error of booking me a 60min instead until I was already being massaged and the therapist had to end my appointment thinking it was for 60min only. I even showed my booking confirmation that clearly stated 90min to the receptionist but they offered no solution or apology. And today I suddenly got a “no show fee” for an appointment I know I already cancelled because I am out of the country and won’t be back until Oct. So I know I would never book any kind of appointments in September! When I called they just insisted that they had sent out an email even though I did not confirm the appointment. Having the first incident where they booked an incorrect appointment time for me, I am appalled that they had done another error and charged me for it. Definitely DO NOT go to this particular branch. I have never had any issues with other elements massage place, let alone 2 issues like this. Would NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Disappointed. It felt pretty weak and the therapist wasn't getting the spots right. As a postpartum mom I was also expecting a little more lower back. I feel only slightly better compared to how I felt before the massage which usually is not the case at other non-chain places. I'll be looking elsewhere before I come back. Too bad because scheduling was somewhat easy (couldn't schedule online and phones were done but they called me back and got me in).

I have had quite a few massages here and I can honestly say I’m never left disappointed. Everything is so clean and the therapists that have worked on me are so professional and very skilled in what they do. I couldn’t ask for better.

Suzanne made my first massage experience absolutely amazing & is such a true professional. Coming on vacation but leaving so much more relaxed and relieved after this experience, will be back to see Suzanne each time we come back!

Great place. I've been getting massage at-home for 4 years since a car accident. Had to make a change recently and glad I found this Elements. Therapist was A+

Great experience. My therapist was very throughout, she explained what was going to happen, and asked questions about what areas I would prefer to work on the most. She also asked if I wanted to focus on another area before flipping over. Overall best massage I've had, they actually care about their guests.
