bad customer service, was sold on their subscription to schedule my massages ahead of time, booked message in advance since work out of town and am only able certain dates, I’m already in the parking lot when I’m called 2 mins prior to appt for cancellation, with no resolution of rescheduling with someone else that same day… I requested them to refund since they couldn’t come through with their part of the service but was told no by manger Clarissa will email mcallen@elementsmassage Id rather not keep my business somewhere that will cancel appointments in that manner, I would understand if it was a small business with 1 massage therapist, but you should have back ups for situations like this, or notify your paying customer in a timely manner, now I’ve wasted time, gas, money. I called that day to get this resolved was told the manager would call me, she never called, I had to call again days later, and she still could not provide resolution other than you can cancel your subscription that we have yet to be able to use, and get no refund either. So in other words she’s saying we are not giving you the service and we’re still keeping your money too.

Hello Saturday I received a massage from your North 10th street location. I paid for the 60 minute prenatal massage. The customer service was 10/10 but the massage was 3/10, I indicated on my sheet that I would like deep pressure and did not get that at all. While I understand it may be difficult to massage someone on their side due to the prenatal massage I booked , but a massage can still be performed. The entire time my masseuse was just rubbing oil into my skin. When switching to my right side I did share that my lower right side was in a lot of pain (hence why I booked the massage) he said okay while laughing but made no changes to the service and just continued to rub oil on me. I called the location 3 times before finally received a call back. The girl on the phone was very understanding but let me know a manager would be calling me Monday between 8am-3pm. A call never came, so after calling I was told to try again tomorrow to discuss a refund.

This was my second experience of massage therapy and I kid you not this was the best massage I’ve ever had compared to the first time I got from a different location, the settings was amazing, and my therapist Lino was phenomenal I have a back injury from falling down the stairs couple years back and Lino was careful and considerate. He knew what to do to help to ease my pain. This was an amazing experience. Definitely will be coming back

I scheduled a massage online with Maira and I went in for my massage and waited for more than 30 minutes. The staff then informed me that they had attempted to contact Maira over the phone and she had not been reached. I was told that I would have to reschedule my massage. I advised the staff that I had traveled 2 hours for my appointment and it would be very inconvenient to reschedule. It would have been great if when I was asked to confirm my appointment the day before I would have been told the therapist was not going to be available. The staff stated they would offer some type of upgrade if I were to rebook. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have been inconvenienced at this massage place. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I had initially tried this place because I received a gift card and was happy with my service from Xochitl the first time, so I re-booked. Staff was terribly unprofessional today with little regard for my time. I arrived early to my massage. While waiting one receptionist says to another "I hope she shows up on time", and after waiting for 10 minutes I was informed that my therapist had actually called in sick and there was no other availabilities for the day. The right thing to do would have been to call all clients on the schedule for the day to cancel and/or reschedule as soon as she called in. I wasted an hour of my time getting to and from the location without having my service done and without anyone offering to make it right. I recommend eternal wellness or another local massage therapy spot instead of this chain. Seems as if the employees here have little work ethic and poor time management skills, as they are notorious for calling in sick or running late, as this happened to another client when I went in the first time as well.

The massages have helped me alleviate the pain in areas sorr from workouts as well as helloed with my sinus issues. I’ve tried several of their therapists and found Be ky and Amanda to be my favorites. Both these ladies listen to what you need and focus on helping those areas of concern. Highly recommend!

If you have small children, don't come here. We had a situation come up about 45 minutes before my wifes massage. Our little girl was throwing up at daycare, my wife, momma bear as she is, goes with me to pick up our little girl. We get home and as I'm driving to HEB to get some medicine for our baby I call to reschedule. I was told no. You need a 24 hour notice, which I understand, but this was not a regular situation. Any parent with little kids knows it hard to make plans. When our kids need us, we are there. I lost the $ for the massage, but I learned why not to go back.
