Elements Massage

Zero stars if I could! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else if you want a good massage at a reasonable rate. The front office/reception area was clean and you can tell that it is well kept, however the massage rooms are filthy and the “RMT” Monica is the worst. I’ve never had such a piss poor, lazy and sloppy massage. To make matters worse, I kept getting bombarded with details on why I should purchase a membership. Why would I do that when I’ve had such a bad experience? I mentioned what I wanted multiple times throughout the massage and I may as well have been talking to a brick wall. Very rude, very pushy with sales & terrible pitch.. I left more stressed than when I walked in. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Go elsewhere!

Just had another massage today (6/21/24) with Adan for the first time. I have already scheduled my next massage with him! Was an awesome experience with just the right pressure and attention to detail.

Friendly staff, place is clean and very inviting, the person that did my massage was splendid! Very nice place to go an relax, would defenitely go back!

After getting a gift card, I researched massage studios in North Dallas that would honor my card. I picked Elements in Richardson after reviewing their website and scheduled a 90 min session. The front desk team walked me through their detailed check-in on iPad that gave me confidence in their professionalism. Maddy was the masseuse for my session and she was fantastic. I just started a new workout routine and she found and treated my soreness. The whole process was impressive and the massage was a value. I am now a fan.

Always wonderful every month to come here and get a massage. Staff is all amazing. Desirae and Ashley are wonderful elite therapists. They always are spot on and work out even places I didn't know needed it...

It's been many years since having messages. My friends from England were over and I hosted them for three weeks so they bought me a few 1hr gifts cards. I went in today for a medium full body message and was assigned to Desarae. What an awesome experience, never had a message this good. So I have signed up for the membership and will be back every two weeks, and for sure will be with Desarae.

I was feeling rather stressed and needed to relax. I had been suffering with a headache and the massage was the first relief I had found in days. I was comfortable at all times, my body felt better for it and I would recommend it. Katie is such a talented masseuse
