I loved the atmosphere of this massage center. I felt supported because they asked thorough questions.I had the 90 min. Massage with hot stones and Himalayan salt. I felt so relaxed. I went in due to days of insomnia and I have been sleeping much better this past week since the massage. They take a more wholeness approach and give feedback to feel even more rested. I really like this site and recommend.

I went in to Elements with a severe migraine. I paid $89.00 for an hour. During that hour, the therapist spent at least 30 minutes doing talk relaxation. I was under the impression it was supposed to be actual massage. She spent maybe 15 minutes actually on my head and neck. There was never any real massage. I left in the same pain I came with.

We had a couples massage and both ladies were very attentive. They made us feel pampered and in our own little paradise for the 80 min massage. We definitely felt relaxed and refreshed ready to tackle whatever comes. We recommend booking your next appointment soon!
