I am so thankful I started investing in my health and found the best massage therapist there is! Being a dental hygienist is very tough on my body. I have been seeing Reid for a while to help manage the chronic pain that comes with my profession. He is very knowledgeable and has a true talent for melting away my aches and pains. I had a great massage with Kristin! I do a lot of weight lifting and running and do not need a massage where I’m being petted for an hour, I like firm pressure and muscle release. Kristin addresses all of the areas I felt were tight and actually got my glutes so relaxed I could sleep on my back without discomfort for the first time in forever. If you’re ok with deep pressure and want a results driven massage, I highly recommend her!

Everyone is just so sweet and made me feel really comfortable. My therapist Catherine is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I'm so grateful for her and her skills! Front desk is always helpful and pleasant and they were able to help me figure out why my card didn't work this last time. Definitely would recommend and will be bringing my girlfriend with me in November for her birthday!

Wonderful, warm, and welcoming staff! Knowledgable and skilled massage therapists! Highly recommend at least a 90 minute massage if you have lots of tension like me! Also their monthly membership is worth every dime.
