What’s the customer service in West experience with scheduling massage. I carefully plan out all of my days and weeks as a working mom three kids and wanted to do something special for my son on his day off after he hurt his back falling down the stairs. I made the appointment and have the confirmation and had help with someone getting them to the massage place just for them to say they had no record of the appointment being made. I was literally staring at the confirmation and got on the phone with them. Instead of being apologetic or offering to give us future credit or anything normal customer service, they just kept saying they don’t know why the system did that and refused to help or understand the situation in anyway. I will never go back there and I would encourage everyone to stay away.

I have been a regular at Elements Massage since my post-child delivery, and I’ve always had a positive experience. Today, I met Chris, who gave me an exceptional massage. I asked him to focus on my neck, legs, and back, and he did an outstanding job. I feel incredibly relaxed. I will definitely book my next appointment with him

I bought two coupons around Mather's day this year and gave one ticket to my mother in law. I didn't know how bad her massage went until recently. I had my massage recently and, honestly, it was THE WORST massage I had ever had. This massage place will do ANYTHING to get low rating reviews removed. They reported my honest first-hand reviews 5 times to Yelp because I called out their unprofessional services and bullying behavior. The excuse they use to remove my revIew? They said it doesn't seem to be a first-hand review. Funny! I paid for it, made the the appointment myself and I went to receive their terrible massage service is nothing but FIRST-HAND. The massage therapist was late ~10 minutes. Later I found out he went to get lunch, knowing he had my appointment. I saw a guy walked in with food contains and a skateboard. I later found out that's my massage therapist. While I waited, the business owner or maybe manager was just sitting in the waiting area with his laptop, saw me waiting and waiting but said nothing. He ignored me and so did the receptionist. When my 60-minute deep tissue massage finally began, the therapist had a strong breath of food in his mouth and he talked so much that it was so annoyingly un-relaxing. The massage room stunk, too, after he burped. YIKES!!!! He also did only 52 minutes instead of 60 minutes, and he repeatedly ignored my request to use some pressure because I asked for a deep tissue massage. He didn't listen, instead, he placed his hands on my back GENTLY, and let his hand stay STILL on back! So creepy and ignorant. I want the truth out - another compliment but also creepy and strange massage? NO. HELL NO.

I'm a LMT ( licensed massage therapist)and arrived at work with severe mid scapula pain. Yes, i slept wrong. I saw Andre today and am thrilled tu be pain free. Andre is an extremely INTELLIGENT therapist. Understanding my job, understanding how truly very connected the whole body is, understanding the body' s reaction and knowing when to lighten up or go firmer results a fantastic and healing massage. Andre has an accent and might be difficult to understand, go along with it, because he is a genuinely SKILLED therapist. More importantly, he CARES.

My husband and I were able to book two same time massages on the day of. It was a great experience and I appreciated the availability! The masseuses were professional, courteous, listened well and we emerged relaxed and refreshed.
