The membership program is the way to go for a decent discount! Super friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. I’ve been seeing Larry from Day1 and I highly recommend him. He listens and applies the techniques needed to soothe my aches and pains. Schedule all appointments at the front desk and get stamps for free services! I always look forward to my monthly visit.

Heather was fabulous. I just had my first massage with her and it was perfect. The pressure and strength was exactly what I needed. She was very aware of areas that needed extra time. Would definitely recommend her.

The facility was clean, welcoming, calm, and comfortable. My, Ryan, did a great job of customizing my experience to my preferences. He checked multiple times regarding the pressure and encouraged me to speak up if I wanted something different. He listened to my needs and responded accordingly. I would highly recommend him!

Kim Coleman was so kind to me and my grandsons ages 5 and 2! She helped us navigate the crowd in the lobby so we could purchase gifts and take pictures! I appreciate her kindness, patience and laughter with me and my boys! Keep her she’s definitely an asset!

I never had a massage at all before but was advised to get one by a doctor. I had a wonderful first experience. The staff was warm and friendly. Brianna was the one who took care of me. She was very thorough, especially on the areas were I had the most tension. Her calm and quiet demeanor helped put me at ease. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Scheduled an appointment for 6 pm for a massage. Called me at 4:18 to ask if I could reschedule or come in early so they could go home early due to snow storm. So I rushed over in the storm and arrive at 5 pm. It's now 5:09 and they've lost my business forever. They refused to offer me a massage because I had back surgery some time ago and I don't have a note from a doctor saying it's okay. Now I'm headed back home in a snow storm for absolutely no reason. Also refused to give me my money back! Edit at 5:29 pm I was told over the phone and when I checked in that a note wasn't needed if its been more than 6 weeks. I got checked in and had a seat, they go in the back to alert the therapist and than the following proceeded. Picture was taken at 5:12 and they already locked up and left. Over 2 months later and nothing. Guess they only replied to this review to attempt to show they care...

The front desk staff and management are very friendly, attentive, and professional. The waiting area is beautiful, calm, comfortable, and inviting. Receiving a reminder of my appointment was very helpful. My massage therapist Lisa was very professional, friendly, communicative about my needs and comfort level, and provided a relaxing and therapeutic massage experience. I would highly recommend Elements Massage Centerville.
