The memberships are set up well and are designed to work with you rather than against you. I love that unused treatments can get banked, additional massages come at a discount, you can let someone else utilize your free massage for the month, and it's affordable. Also, a huge shout out to Sasha who is one of the best massage therapists I've ever been treated by. My occupation destroys my body and she can fix it, which allows me.to stay in the game and remain functional.

Valerie was amazing. I feel so rejuvenated after the massage. It's exactly what I needed to open all the knots I had in my upper body. I'm coming back for more!

This review is for Jolene. Some time in the past week I injured my neck. The pain would get so bad that I would be in tears. As a last minute effort, I booked an appointment with Jolene. She was very thorough and very gentle. She spent almost the whole time on my neck. The next morning I woke up with zero pain and only a little stiffness. I have almost full movement back! I feel amazing and I credit this to Jolene!

I enjoyed my massage with Sasha very much that I scheduled my next massage with her! Sasha provided me with a deep tissue massage with the perfect pressure for me. I normally have a male massage therapist because they tend to be stronger in deep tissue but Sasha was excellent and will be my go to massage therapist when coming to Elements in Campbell! Andrea was a joy to deal with in explaining the membership and scheduling my next massage with Sasha!

Love getting monthly massages. Always a great experience from signing up online or in person to the kind greeting when I arrive to a wonderful massage. I love Kisha the best but when I have to change the date and I get another massage therapist and they are all great.

Customer service overall was great! My massage therapist Angelo was amazingly talented and knowledgeable!

All masseuses have their own approach to massaging out knots and adjusting the body, but they always find the areas that need the most attention and make sure address them. I have never walked out feeling like they could have done more or they missed a spot. I love coming here.

I love this spa!! Their masseuses are top-notch and focused on what you ask of them. I have had chronic back pain and every time I’m worked on here, I walk away practically skipping. The place is clean and the staff have all been masked when I have visited. They don’t require clients to be masked (even though this would be my preference) but I haven’t had any run-ins with other clients while there before. Knock on wood! Lately, it’s been harder to get appointments, so plan to book out at least 2, sometimes 3 weeks depending on the masseuse.
