I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Ashley at Elements Massage, and I can’t say enough good things about her! From the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. She’s not just a receptionist and esthetician —she’s the heart of the experience. Talking with Ashley is like catching up with family; she’s so personable and easy to connect with, and her genuine kindness is evident in every interaction. Her professionalism, paired with her ability to make people feel valued and cared for, truly sets her apart. Ashley, thank you for making my visits even more special—you’re a joy to be around!

We love Elements! My boyfriend and I have been members now for almost a year. The monthly cost is such a great deal and we each have our favorite massage therapists. The first desk staff is amazing as well! They are professional and caring, and it’s consistent.

Had such a terrible customer service experience here. I have never been so disrespected and embarrassed in my life. The receptionist is highly unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to people. Sarah was so unprofessional and rude. If you're a person of color, I would never recommend coming here unless you like being treated like less than a person.

Tried booking an appointment. Put me on hold and hung up on me. Never able to get ahold of them again. Ridiculous. Edit: response to owner: I'm good on that. You guys showed me how unimportant I am by hanging up on me and then not answering when I called back immediately. Not like it matters, but I'll take my business elsewhere.

Elements is the best. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and couldn’t be happier. The manager, Carly, is so sweet and she has made this location so beautiful and inviting. I especially love the gorgeous handmade holiday decorations! My favorite therapists are Kristina and Stephanie but everyone I’ve seen here has been wonderful. I also love the membership which allows me to get regular massages at a discount.

I was visiting from out of town and my friend found Elements Massage near her home. Both Sarah and Sara were friendly, helpful and made me feel very welcome. Sara gave me a wonderful massage. It was very smooth, and took out all the knots from traveling the day before. I would highly recommend her. I wish Elements was closer to my house in FL! I will go back next time I'm in Avon, and I believe my friend, Nancy, is going to start going soon. Thanks for helping make my vacation start out so very well.
