Shelly did a wonderful job with my 60 minute massage. She made sure I was comfortable and knew my expectations. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Very professional and hard sell. Good communication. I would be happy to return.

I recently treated myself to an amazing massage that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked into the serene spa environment, I felt the stresses of daily life begin to melt away. The calming ambiance, complete with soothing music and soft lighting, set the perfect tone for relaxation. The massage therapist (Nicole) was incredibly skilled and attentive, taking the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tension. As soon as the session began, I could feel the tension in my muscles start to dissipate under their expert touch. They seamlessly employed a combination of techniques, including deep tissue and gentle stretching, which not only alleviated the knots in my shoulders and back but also helped me to reconnect with my body. I left the studio with a newfound lightness in my step, and I noticed that my mind was clearer, too. This massage wasn’t just about physical relief; it offered a wonderful emotional reset, leaving me more centered and grounded. Overall, it was a truly restorative experience that I would recommend to anyone looking to relieve stress and boost their energy levels. I can’t wait to return for another session!

I feel cheated. I went to Elements massage and they wasted 10-15 minutes of my one hour facial for me to take off a shirt and later to get dressed, which literally takes like 30 seconds. They also never disclosed this. They should offer a full one hour for the appointment for hands on time, especially after they said I had to “come 15 minutes early to fill in paperwork.” They could utilize the wasted 10-15 minutes to provide a more thorough massage or facial. The woman asked do you want the neck and shoulder massage with your facial or the head massage? I’ve never had a facial that did not include both. They are too concerned about hurrying out of the room. I will not come here again and do not recommend it. Also I could hear someone talking very loudly next to the room, which completely destroys the relaxation environment.

This was my first time getting a massage at Elements. Baily was very communicative and thorough. She focused on my stress points and offered valuable suggestions. I would recommend them to anyone and looking forward to making my next appointment.

This is my go to place for massage! Always great customer service by a staff who go above and beyond to determine your health needs and give you the appropriate massage based on feedback! I would highly recommend Element Massge to both friends and family members!

I had Emilie. Her hand were very soft. She had great pressure. Very relaxing. My son had another lady and he feel asleep.

I had a great experience with Faith! She was able to completely fix my neck and shoulder pain (with a nerve hitting into my arm as well) it was extremely painful and I left there feeling great. Not to mention, she worked on my jaw with TMJ issues and I am able to yawn without pain for the first time in over a year and a half. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and very good at what she does. I can’t wait to go back!
