Elements Massage

When I tell you this studios Esthetician Yorelis has magic hands I mean it! I have extremely sensitive skin and not once did my face feel irritated, hot, or burn. She has the lightest touch but also gets right into those pores and gets all that gunk out! I felt hydrating, glowing, and overall amazing! BEST FACIAL EVER!!!!!!!!

I’ve had a few decent massages at other Elements locations (and a few bad ones). I had an appointment today with Katherine and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Relaxing but with great pressure and flow. Highly recommend seeing her!

I was able to make an appointment for a 90 deep tissue massage the day before my appointment, which was a win in itself. It's hard to find last minute ones sometimes. My masseuse was Day; he was absolutely fantastic and has such a calm presence. At the end of my session I was asked how I felt and I mentioned I had a really tight spot on my neck still. Two minutes later with a little more attention it was totally fixed. I slept like a baby for the whole weekend. Highly recommend, and I will be going back!

This was my first time at Elements in Woburn but not my first massage. Maurice asked what I wanted to receive in a massage and gave me a very focused massage. He seemed to find the trouble spots and spent a lot of time working out the muscles that needed it most. He was patient and asked a couple of times if the pressure was right and if there was anything I would like him to focus on. This was definitely the massage I needed and the best I ever had. This was the first time I got a massage on a heated bed. Much appreciated coming in from a 35 degree day. The over all appearance of the office and the massage room were clean and uncluttered. I only get a couple of massages per year, but I am headed back next week. It was amazing. My wife received a massage from Joseph and commented that it was the best massage she ever had! Two best massages in one day. See you all next week...

My best friend and I just did a couples massage here. We were pleased all around. The massages were very relaxing and the therapists were knowledgeable and well trained. The facility is clean and beautiful and the atmosphere in the massage rooms is great. If you go, we would definitely recommend Susie and Joseph! If you have migraines Susie would be a good fit for you

Do not come here or give your money to this chain. The massage itself was terrible, almost like a student was doing it, and the masseuse aired dirty laundry about her life to me during most of it, which I found very unprofessional. I also got manipulated into a membership program I did not use. The only way to cancel is to go in person for a signature. Such a scam, do not waste your money!

I was scheduled to have "free" massage with the student, Michaela two weeks ago. A couple of hours before the appointment, Elements called me to cancel, saying Michaela had a "family emergency." I rescheduled for today. When I arrived there, I was told that Michaela had suddenly become sick and had to leave for the day. What a waste of time and gas. I should have known that a "free" massage was too good to be true.

Today's massage with Gabby was INCREDIBLE!! I was so impressed with their COVID safety precautions. Extremely clean rooms, covid screenings before you make it past the lobby, and just a few people in the building at a time. Gabby was the best massage therapist I've had, and really paid attention to the spots I was feeling sore or had knots in. I'm a sucker for hot stones, and today did not disappoint. Using the orange aromatherapy with the hot stones was A MUST! I will definitely be back!
