The massage therapists at Elements are all extremely professional and skilled. The quality for the price is incomparable. I no longer go to the fancy places to pay twice as much for a lackluster massage. The last time I was in, I went in for an injury. The massage therapist I went to specializes in the area I injured and helped me significantly. He also gave me some advice. I am really happy I found Dave T. Thank you, Elements!

I have been going to get massages for years across various studios. I go to the Bridgewater location for convenience, but there is a high turnover rate with the qualified massage therapists so its hard to find someone to stick with. I always request a deep massage & read through each bio of the therapists to find one to match a deep tissue massage. My last few massages have been disappointing. I picked therapists that had 3+ or 4 as their pressure level & all of their bios said deep tissue/pressure. The pressure of the last massage was so light I knew I instantly was wasting my money. Even after I specifically said the exact areas I wanted to focus on/pressure the therapist did not address any of the areas. We also discussed pressure level prior to the massage. It was so bad that I called up another studio right after this massage on the same day to get what I asked for. The second massage therapist asked me when my last massage was and I told her earlier that morning and she was shocked because my muscles were so tight! Some people like the swedish light massage, but when my massage therapist asked me what I was looking for and then completely disregarded me thats when it gets annoying. I have been a member for a long time and the quality of the service is decreasing- I feel like I wasted my money. I tried another location and the massage was phenomenal. My suggestion is to have accurate bio and pressure level descriptions under each therapist because people like me rely on that to find a therapist to match the pressure level we are looking for.

I WOULD NEVER SIGN UP WITH ELEMENTS MASSAGE, Spoke with Jaclyn about my account and got absolutely no where! Signed up with them in December of 2022 for 12 months at $79.99. After traveling and looking at my bank statement, Negative $2000 because they kept charging me until today (Aug 2024) at $89.99 that I dod not approve or even get a call! When I was aware of all these transactions, I kept calling to ask for a supervisor to resolve the issue, but Jaclyn stated I can just leave a review and call my bank, which is exactly what I will be doing and will never return! DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM! PAY CASH AND DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD ## OR EVEN BETTER $60 MASSAGE IN ABINGHTON/ROCKLAND!

I was in for a massage yesterday the therapist, Brian C. spent the entire hour lecturing me. First it was "you need to drink more water". Next it was I need to sleep on my back. And when I said my doctor told me to sleep on my side, Brian replied that he really didn't want to contradict my doctor but I REALLY should not be sleeping on my side. Then he went on and on about office chairs and posture (I’m rarely sitting at work). Finally, and this was the most obvious body shaming, is that he said I really shouldn't have cupcakes right before bed. This guy has no idea what I eat or don’t eat. He doesn't know me, because if he did he'd know nothing could be further from the truth! What should have been a spa treatment that was relaxing and had me leaving refreshed, left me feeling annoyed. I was hoping for a hour of luxury (especially given what I paid!) but had to listen to his constant lecture. I really should have asked to speak to the manager in the moment and I wish I would have. I wrote an email to the manager and have yet to get a response. While Elements might be good, stay away from Brian C.

I had an incredibly relaxing massage session! Stacey worked out all of my tension using the perfect amount of pressure. All of the staff were professional and helpful. I highly recommend Elements!

90 minutes of deep tissue work and my knots are gone. They have many skilled therapists to suit your needs. Practice self care

The therapist are great but the customer support is the worst I ever experienced.I purchased a package for 90 min massages back in October 2023. I booked a return for Nov 27 and when I showed up the front desk told me I booked for December 27. I tried canceling membership then and was told I need to give 30 days notice. I gave another chance, but was never able to book another appointment to a time it was convenient for me. In January I wasn’t charged as it said my CC didn’t go thru, although all other charges was going thru. February charges didn’t go thru. I didn’t give much attention as I was not planning to return and I figure it will auto cancel. For my surprise March debit went thru. So I decided to book a massage to use the amount, and I received a very nasty call saying that in order to use services I need to pay Jan and Feb. and in order to cancel I need to pay all overdue amounts and give 30 days notice. What it was supposed to be a relaxing moment for me became a nightmare. I will need to hire a lawyer to go thru abusive practices of not allowing a customer to cancel services. Do the fall for this trap. It is a scheme.

The couples massage we received was very professional and engaging. Our therapists were communicative about our needs and helpful in providing advice on things that we were dealing with in our bodies. They were both warm, friendly and professional. I felt safe and well-taken care of when our session was over. I was so happy with the experience that I signed up for the monthly membership and will be back again in a few weeks! Highly recommend!
