Booked an appointment for a deep tissue massage - first time at this business- hesitant bc businesses of this kind tend to generate revenue from subscription services and upselling the customer as soon as you walk in the door. It was the worst massage I’ve ever received. MT - Wendy was terrible. I let her know where the trouble spots were - thinking she would focus on those areas. When she FIRST began the massage - her hands were Sooo Cold - I couldn’t believe it - not only didn’t she tell me her hands may be a bit cold but didn’t prevent that from occurring in the first place….?? From there it went downhill fast - I had to finally ask her,after waiting several minutes 15 - 20? if she would focus on the mentioned areas - she did not until I asked her huh…????? I had booked a first time client 90 min massage that costs $$119 I was expecting a great, relaxing, thorough and muscle relieving massage - instead I got and paid for a mt who was clumsy with my arms while placing them after massaging them under the blanket…huh???? she never asked me if the temperature of the room was ok - bed was somewhat warm but could have been much warmer - while she commented that wasn’t her usual room - when she was finished massaging both of my arms - she didn’t bother to place them under the blanket with any care - sooo clumsy - it was really ridiculous - never made sure the blanket was covering me all the way - didn’t even bother ask me - She didn’t take any time to communicate with me regarding anything - while I don’t expect to carry on a conversation during a massage - I do expect to be asked such things as - are you warm enough, is the blanket covering you enough - is everything OK???? She never did this at all - I really couldn’t believe that she lacked any technique or skill and didn’t have a clue how to give a DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE - which is what I was expecting…. All she did was have oil on her hands and rubbed it on my legs and arms and back She never had the technique of DT massage - I was not receiving the relief from the soreness of the areas I had already asked her and told her about…. Lousy MT and a really lazy and poor massage - if that’s what ELEMENTS MASSAGE in CANTON calls it. I then proceeded to the front desk where 2 girls sat - I paid with cash $$$$ while waiting for my change I asked for the mgr email - one girl asked why and I said I would communicate to the mgr. still waiting for my change while the second girl just stared at me, other girl started her own upsell pitch saying that I wouldn’t be interested in a membership etc. - I said wait what r u saying..? You are already assuming that w/out waiting for me to answer…..REALLY…??? the Rudeness and arrogance from her was sky high and so outrageous at that point - I had to ask for my change again - and then wait while the other girl needed instructions to fill up the paper tray - so I could receive my receipt. WOW…. Yes, to the owner, Matt Lanuto, you employ two girls at a reception desk to greet and take care of your customers, that cannot ensure the printer has enough paper for receipts when customer is paying for their transaction - that I had to wait for these girls to do such a task that should be completed and prepared …… What are they doing during the downtime….???? Mr. Lanuto, this was such a rude and disrespectful experience at the front desk from this girl - (asst. mgr) that she probably should not be in a position that has contact with the Paying Public… Since she could not “sell me a membership” she was condescending and extremely rude. I went for a nice, relaxing massage and came away $$119 less in my pocket, had a terrible mt and massage and was treated so disrespectfully by your front desk staff. Oh yeah, appt was scheduled for 3pm - she began at 3:10 and ended a few minutes before 4:30…. 80 or so minutes ??… yeah even though it’s only 10 minutes less - I did pay for a 90 minute massage according the Elements Massage Canton website - did not receive that This is Not the place or kind of Environment to pay your money for a massage…..

I was very pleased with my recent session at Elements (Canton). From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff to my massage therapist (Nikki). I had some pain in my mid/lower back that my therapist was able to locate and work out. Pressure was spot on. Everyone working there appeared to be calm, cool, collective and eager to assist. I highly recommend this location! Thank you to the the staff for making my 90 mins absolutely blissful and relaxing. 5 star

I had a great experience my first time. Unfortunately the second time, they called me 20 mins before my scheduled appointment to tell me that it has been cancelled due to my masseuse calling out. Not only was I bummed about not getting a massage but they way they handled it was so messed up. Not going back again.

Needed some R&R so I treated myself to a massage. Great service from the young lady who answered the phone to the massage therapist. All the staff members wore masks properly and so did most of the other patrons in the waiting area. Plenty of off street parking. Christian was assigned to do my massage, he was amazing. Asked what pressure level I'd refer before we begun. He was very mindful of an old injury that I told him about. I would certainly recommend this location.

I had terrible neck pain building up to the point where I couldn’t ever get myself comfortable. I was visiting family is Massachusetts and decided I needed to try to find a massage somewhere. I am so happy I found this place - everyone was so kind, the atmosphere was calming and Vinny gave me one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had! It was like night and day - I went in with terrible neck pain and I came out feeling brand new and still feel incredible weeks later! Vinny’s talent is amazing and I’m so glad I had the pleasure to work with him!
