I recently had a facial with Hannah, and it was an incredible experience! Hannah’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the treatment. She tailored the facial to my skin’s specific needs and made sure to let me know exactly what she was doing. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! I highly recommend Hannah for anyone looking for a professional and soothing facial experience!

This place is an absolute joke. They once said they couldn't take a gift card that was purchased at an elements that closed. Last I checked, this was a chain. They wouldn't work with me on membership issues either. More often than not, I've been waiting for a session and seen and heard others calling to complain about charges and issues and the people working there were always dismissive and rude. Once heard a person call and the woman said "let me see if I can find a manager" then put the person on hold and then just sat at the front desk while the customer waited. Simply a bunch of clowns working here.

My doctor recommended getting regular massages for stress and migraines. I had a wonderful Swedish massage here - relaxing and calming. I don’t like deep tissue and I’m glad the massage therapist could accommodate my needs. She was professional and kind. Everything was very clean. I will be back. Note: I found out from a friend that of the $129 (for 1 hour) fee, the massage therapist is likely only taking home ~$30 of that! I had no idea and really wish I had tipped better.

This is such a great experience. I love it. It felt like you were in a big bathtub. You float off into your mind, and it is very relaxing. The shower afterward was very nice. I left the place feeling relaxed and clean.

Sara is an absolutely phenomenal therapist. Not only is she precise and thoughtful in her practice, but she’s a pleasure to speak with and learn from. She helped reduce chronic pain I’ve endured for years. Thank you Sara!

The float tanks are warm and clean, and my body feels so much better immediately, but even better after 24 hours. Tanks have been extremely helpful with my chronic leg pain.

This is the largest Elements spa I’ve seen. The bookers are very attentive and ask all the right questions about your expectations and any issues you want the massage to address.

Everyone there is wonderful to deal with and the atmosphere is very comfortable. My massage therapist, Matt, is amazing! Always remembers my preferences, gives an excellent massage and is an all around great guy!
