Elements Massage

This place closed down without any notification. I had probably close to $1,000 dollars worth of massages accrued. My account was deleted from the system, along with everyone else's, so I was unable to go to another location to use my massages. I have tried numerous times to contact corporate or someone that can help me, but nothing. Its very disappointing that no one is trying to make this right.

First time ever getting a massage and it was absolutely amazing! Mike is the best and made sure I felt completely comfortable. What a wonderful and much needed experience. I will definitely be coming back soon. I went in so sore and Muscles in knots and left feeling brand new. Front desk receptionist was so friendly and nice.

I just recently tried Elements for the first time and WOW. When I called to make the appointment he front desk receptionist was friendly and informative with her recommendations. Mike S. did an amazing job. He made sure to communicate with me thoroughly prior to starting and really listened to what I was looking to get out of my massage that day. He even checked in on me periodically throughout the massage and upon completion asked if there were any areas I would like him to go back over. The facility was clean, the front desk receptionist was friendly and didn’t try to sell me on anything. My experience was so good I asked about a monthly membership and signed up. I can’t wait to go back next month.

This was my first ever massage and the experience did not disappoint. The front desk receptionist was very helpful on the phone and in person for my first time, and my massage therapist Kim was AMAZING! She communicated with me very well letting me know everything she was doing and why, it made me feel very comfortable for my first time. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Clean, quiet, great customer service! Love being able to book online. Chris M is the best therapist out there! I have been a client of his for over 5 years. So personable and also so professional! Feel like a new person every time I leave an appointment!

4-5 years ago I LOVED this place. I was a member and came monthly for massages. Everyone was always nice, prompt, and good therapists. This has changed. I've been cancelled on my last 2 appointments I've made less than an hour before the appointment for "call outs". Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. I had to find babysitters for my children to be able to go only to be disappointed. All of my regular therapists from a few years back have left and those replacing them are sub par at best (and clearly unreliable).

The massage therapists and front desk staff are all so much more knowledgeable here. The staff knows each therapists and their levels of firmness and skill much better than other places I’ve called, which makes sure the appointments are not a waste of time. The therapists I’ve seen, Jeffrey, is really skilled and able to make sure I leave there on the path to restoration. His use of pressure points helps fix a lot of my issues I want worked on. Best massages ever.

Jo was amazing! Very friendly but also professional. She listened to my requests and asked for feedback if everything was ok a few times during the massage. She also created a very peaceful atmosphere which helped me relax and get the most out of the massage. Can’t wait to go back!
