Elements Massage

I love my experience here! I feel special when I walk in and they know my name. The waiting room is nice and relaxing, although my masseuse never keeps me waiting long anyways. I love love my masseuse, even after 2 years she surprises me every time. The space is relaxing and comfortable. She also went above and beyond while I was pregnant. I believe the staff here love their jobs and it shows. It’s always so easy and quick to rebook my future appointments right before I leave as well. The communication before massages is perfect, and they’ve been so accommodating for special circumstances such as pregnancy, and group bookings that I’ve had as well.

Love this place. Been coming for about 8 years now. Other than a bobble in the schedule here or there everything has been so great. The manager is so friendly as all the front desk staff. All the therapists so professional, chill and easy going. So easy to get in.

I wish I could have gotten my massage today, but the owner refuses to fix the air conditioning in the building, despite multiple complaints about the high temperatures. There is nothing relaxing about getting a massage in 85 degree heat, inside, when it's 85 degrees, outside. I feel so bad for the employees that have to endure these unfit working conditions. Apparently it's been like this for a couple weeks now. The owner must not care about his employees or the reputation of his business. I've never heard of an owner not taking immediate action in these circumstances. He must be too busy doing other, much more important things ... Until this issues is fixed, I will not be back to this location. Sweating while I'm getting a massage is just not my thing.

Jade was incredible! She took the time to really make sure she addressed all my knots and sore areas. She even helped show my stretches to help manage my pain in between messages. Highly recommend her!

Amazing experience. Their subscription program is also amazing but the massage itself was an 11/10 experience. Truly a delight. Cannot wait for my next one next month! Also found out the massage therapists are paid well for their work and are happy with the position so that makes me feel better about going, compared to not so reputable places like massage envy which has become the Walmart of massage in all the worst ways.

I’ve been a member at Elements Massage for nearly 4 years. I’ve tried massages before and always felt unimpressed. That is… until my first massage with Sujika. She asked me how I’d like my massage structured, what level of pressure, areas to focus and avoid… all leading to an amazing massage experience. I’ve been seeing Sujika once a month ever since! She always checks in before each massage to see if I’d like anything different and ensures a relaxing, comfortable environment. Be sure to book your appointment in advance if you find a therapist you like as their schedules can fill up!

James was a great massage therapist. He was kind and attentive to the type of pressure I needed and asked for in my massage. He even gave me some stretches to do afterwards to help my shoulder/neck pain. I will be back to visit very soon.

Faith works the front desk, she was extra accommodating for my request! My friends and I chose to have a girls day and wanted massages from the arvada location. I walked in and Faith helped me promptly with a smile and answered all my questions. Thanks for making this easy Faith!
