Elements Massage

While I was a member, I had a great experience. However, my therapist left (or was let go, I’m not sure), and weeks ago, Elements Massage informed me about it. Not wanting to switch to a new therapist, I filled out and submitted a cancellation form. Now, weeks later, they’ve charged me $134, claiming it’s a final payment after cancellation. Really!? What exactly am I paying for? As a small business owner, I'm very disappointed and surprised that a company would take advantage of their clients this way, especially since my reason for cancellation was the departure of my therapist. I’ve requested a refund, and we'll see if they do the right thing or if their priority is just taking money from clients in such an unscrupulous manner.

It's always a great experience here when we go! The massages are amazing and we come out feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Terrible location. Front desk takes money out of your account without permission!! Appointments always get messed up. Very unprofessional and ghetto! Save yourself a huge headache and money. Go to another location.

The lady (I didn't get her name) was so sweet when checking me in. The place was warm, clean, and welcoming. I received a massage from Cody and it was literally the best massage of my life! He targeted the areas that were causing me a lot of pain and the pressure was perfect. I will definitely be going back for another massage from him. Then the next day I realized I couldn't find my wedding ring so I called. The lady was so sweet to go check the room and found it. The fact that she was honest and told me it was there meant everything to me. Thank you for the wonderful experience overall and I would highly recommend Elements Massage Westminster to anyone. 😉

Love the location! Everyone has good energy and hood vibes. Only issue I have is keeping a masseuse. Love their growth so I can’t be upset. However they do work as a team and recommend each other depending on your needs.

Elements Massage never disappoints! I had an amazing 90 minute hot stone massage with Angela. I went in with a really big knot in my neck and limited range of motion. Now 2 days later my neck is still feeling great and I have full range of motion in my neck again. Thank you Angela!!

The massage was okay, but there was definitely nothing spectacular about the massage. The site practices seems to be very conservative in regards to draping of the client, so much that it takes away from the massage. For those super concerned about draping and touching, this place would be perfect for you. But when the therapist is afraid to get close to your glutes and any part of your upper quads/thigh it takes away from a good leg massage. My therapist didn't seem to have a method and just kind of jumped from spot to spot and she wasn't very personable. She seemed like she just wanted to do the massage and there be no conversation at all. Granted I'm there for a massage, but a little chat in the beginning to get to know who is working on me is always nice. Also, the music in the room was a little odd which made fully relaxing hard. The price between member and non-member pricing is dramatic. For a 90 minute massage there is a $60 difference of $179 non-member and $119 member. Scheduling seems to be super difficult. Took me 6 weeks to get in this time, the therapist cancelled my original appointment pushing me a couple days out, and when trying to schedule another appointment before leaving was crazy. The massage therapist they wanted me to see wasn't available until Mid June, 3 months out. The therapist I ended up scheduling with was again 6 weeks out. I did sign up for a membership and scheduled with another therapist, but the more I think about it I just don't think this place is going to work for me. At this pace it would take too much time and money to find the right therapist and then even harder to consistently get in with them.

Karla was wonderful and I would highly recommend her/definitely come back for another session! She was very attentive at making sure I was comfortable, and had a lovely attitude/personality. The evening receptionist (I believe her name is Tierza) was also very friendly and attentive to me during my visit. We struck up a pleasant conversation a couple times. The atmosphere of the lobby was ambient, and had beautiful pictures of the Colorado mountains, which I noticed and enjoyed. 10/10 would recommend (:
