Beautiful and comforting location with amazing massage therapists and excellent customer service by all. Customer service representatives/front desk employees are extremely helpful and dedicated to making sure the customer experience is topnotch. Highly recommended.

I was extremely impressed and surprised to get such amazing trigger point work at a chain store. I usually go to an individual for such things. My massage therapist, Kylynn, was excellent. She did trigger point work on an old area of injury, and brought me some good relief. At first, she went in very gently, and then she used well-calculated, targeted pressure on exactly the spots that needed it. I was happy to be sore the next day, knowing that a lot of healing had occurred. I got the impression that the therapists there are treated well. This is very important to me as I have a strong sense of ethics and want to go places that treat their employees well. I will be coming back soon for another massage. So grateful to have this place nearby! ♥️

I recently visited the Elements website, where it clearly states a $30 discount is offered for new clients booking both online and offline. I was purchasing a gift for my daughter’s birthday, but the discount was not applied at checkout. To clarify, I called the Loveland, Colorado, location on Garfield Drive. When I explained to the customer service representative that the new client discount was not honored as advertised, she replied dismissively, stating they don’t offer discounts online or for gift cards. I pointed out that this contradicted what’s written on their website, and politely requested to speak with a manager. At this point, she abruptly hung up. When I tried calling back twice, my calls went straight to voicemail. In my view, this experience was unprofessional and reflects poorly on the business. As a Google Local Guide, I am committed to sharing my experiences with the community, and this encounter fell far below reasonable standards. I am addressing this to the owner, as I trust you would not condone such behavior if you hope to maintain a successful business. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend patronizing this location

Wonderful masseuses. Front desk staff are friendly and understanding when I accidentally schedule 2 appointments within 2 days of each other. I’ve been going bi-weekly for several months now and Kylynn has helped me resolve my migraines and feel less tense. She takes the time to show me stretches after appointments and keeps notes on my preferences. I’ve been to several different massage places in Loveland- this one is by far the best.

Heath is a legitimate healing artist. Every massage and interaction I have with him and the entire staff at Elements Loveland has been phenomenal. Definitely recommend the monthly membership and cbd oil add on. Thanks for helping me care for my health.

Allie was amazing. She did a thorough massage and really worked my troubled areas and got more mobility in my frozen shoulder. I highly recommend! All the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

From the moment you walk in, the reception area invites you to start relaxing, from the music playing to the beautiful smell of the essential oils. I have been coming to this location since January 2024, everytime I leave extremely relaxed and very happy. The person responsible for this is Sidney, she's amazing! She has a gift for this job. She helps you to relax in a deep way that you feel like you are floating in the air. Sidney is very good working on special areas, she listens to me when I have areas that need a little more attention. Thank you so much Sidney for taking me as your client.
