Elements Massage

Had an AMAZING experience with Elements Highlands Ranch! Scheduling was a breeze, the building was so clean and relaxing, very quiet and the ambiance was great! My therapist (Jarrod) really understands pain relief. I have diabetic neuropathy and I left without any pain at all! Incredible! Definitely will be coming back and recommending to everyone!

The massage staff is great, but the overall management of this organization is a dumpster fire. This organization is plagued with incompetence, accounting issues, and high turnover. They can't keep massage therapist or managers whatsoever. Do not sign up for their membership, as they will do everything possible to avoid canceling. Some real scummy tactics. If you pay cash and don't sign up for a membership, you'll probably have a fine experience.

I recently had a massage from Brandon. He made me feel comfortable and by the time my massage was over I felt like a new woman. I have been seeing different therapists for many years. It was easy to schedule and the staff very cordial. The massage was great. The massage therapist was fantastic to work with. I really like the monthly program and will be signing my husband and me up soon. This location is easy to get to and the atmosphere was perfectly relaxing.

The therapists are great but the operations and front desk staff are horrible. They can't seem to schedule anything correctly. When you are able schedule with your preferred therapist, half the time they call or text to try and reschedule. Simply not worth the money for the scheduling hassles. Updated after the owner's response: The suggestion made by the owner is what we already do. These appointments were scheduled 3 sessions in advance, with my preferred therapist, over a 4-8 week period. The front desk staff asked to modify the first appointment and seemed to know nothing about the third session when I tried to confirm after completing the second session. I'm not sure if it's a system issue or a staff training issue but it is a regular frustration which caused us to finally request to cancel our account.

I got my first massage here, it was amazing! She knew where my pain was and discussed a few things that helped me out understand why I was so sore and in pain. The ladies I met when I first walked in were also amazing and really nice. Really cool place! I felt super comfortable here.

I visited Elements Massage a few days ago for a deep tissue massage. I can say that Victor delivered the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. I am reluctant to say this because he is already busy and i suspect this will make him busier. Kudos to Elements for having some fantastic people. From the greeting when I walked in, the massage and scheduling future appointments, everyone was great. I have been going there for many years and they keep getting better. Thanks, Jerry
