Elements Massage - Delray Beach

I’ve been a subscriber for the past few years and I have enjoyed the massage service here. I’m so glad that they’re always able to accommodate my busy schedule and have such a wonderful management. Andrew is a great customer oriented owner who understands service. I’d recommend this location to anyone.

Had my first 90 minute massage today with Ivan. I was very sore and had a lot of knots the last few days. After my massage, I feel so much relief. Andrew assisted me at the front desk, he was very friendly and informative. I'll definitely be back. I already referred my friend to you. Keep up the great work!

My massage was great. However, I don’t know if I would go back. The rooms definitely need to be to be updated. The carpet was very dirty and stained. I didn’t feel comfortable on the sheets because the entire room gave me a feeling of dirtiness.

This was my first experience at Elements Massage at Delray Beach, but certainly not my first massage. Mariano was my provider today. Mariano knew exactly what I needed and took care of me in a very professional manner .He was fantastic and has a magical touch. I will definitely be booking future appointments with him.

I had the worst massage ever. I am a member there and usually book with Ed but the time didn't work out and tried their new therapist. I wouldn't even call it a massage, she basically rubbed oil on my body and to top it off she ended the session 8 minutes early. I should've asked my money back for the session.

The massage was okay until the masseur started texting while pretending to massage. I noticed he suddenly stopped massaging and just petted my back with a couple of fingers. This happened a few times until I decided to raise my head to see what he was doing, and sure enough, he was texting, not massaging. I shared this with the staff while checking out, and they claimed he only received one text, which was completely untrue. This happened several times during the massage. So, if you book a one-hour session, expect to receive 30 minutes of actual massage and the rest of the time with someone just laying a hand on you to make it seem like you're still being massaged.

DO NOT go to Elements Massage in Delray Beaxh! My sister had booked 3 massages for this morning, and the receptionist there told me I had cancelled mine. IT WAS A SURPRISE, my number was never given. She kept telling my sister she texted the right number, but they had actually texted the wrong number. After insisting many times she texted the right number, I finally told her to cancel it all, she then magically realized she texted the wrong number. She offered to book me for later, but the point was to be together with my mom and sister, and it was THEIR MISTAKE. Plus after her being so unkind, I didn’t want to spend a second more of my birthday there. I immediately said, cancel it all! Luckily we had booked through Groupon, so we’ll figure it out with them. Do NOT go here!

Sasha is great. If you like deep tissue massage I recommend Sasha. The facility is clean and the gentleman at the front desk is very helpful and professional.
